Wind Swept is a ground level, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bath, open concept kitchen, dining area and living room offering ample seating and large screen TV. This is a multi-family property that shares a sparkling HEATED pool and spillover spa with 5 other units. It is located a short walk from the beach. Great for a last minute getaway or rent all six villas for a larger group. Please note this unit does come with 12 beach chairs - first come first serve. Make this your next beach getaway, you won’t regret it!! Please call the office 239-314-0240 for available on last minute reservations.
NOTE: 12 Beach chairs are provided and are on a "first come, first serve" basis. They are not assigned to each unit.

"Enjoyed the stay in the Wind Swept unit. Everything recently remodeled. The room was clean, well stocked, and in a good location. Property was quiet since only 1 or 2 of the 6 units on the property were occupied during our 3 nights. We had the pool and hot tub area to ourselves in the evenings which was nice.
FMB area is still recovering from the 2022 hurricane so many local business are not yet open, but the beach and weather is still spectacular.
The unit was stocked with everything we needed. They even had new beach chairs and umbrellas available first come first serve for the 6 units on the property."

"Fantastic Location! - The location was fantastic! Close to a convenience store, the tram and trolley and public beach access. There were also a handful of restaurants nearby. That being said, it was a very quiet residential area. This was perfect for others in our complex with young children, or for those who want quiet at night. Our particular unit in our complex had the greatest location as the pool/hot tub area was literally out our front door! We had 3 adults in our group and the couch was very comfortable! I highly recommend this property, and especially this unit."

"Some good/some not so good from our stay at WindSwept - Upsides: excellent location, easy & excellent parking, pool/hot tub, easy access to unit, great instructions for arrival entry, nice couch Downsides: shared laundry (this was not specified & would have stayed elsewhere if known) inadequate cups/pans (only 1 coffee cup, no frying pan, cheap plastic drinking glassses) no local tv for free Super Bowl (had to pay to watch), bed was on the ground/no box spring (not specified in listing details)."
