But those days are long gone. Summer in Southwest Florida is just as glorious as it is the rest of the year. So many activities take place during the summer it’s actually kinda hard to keep track.

As we pointed out, so much summer fun is happening around here it’s a bit hard to keep up!

That’s why the Lee County Visitor & Convention Bureau likes to compile a list each week of all the activities scheduled for the upcoming week.

Here’s the list for week of July 17, just as an example:

Hogwarts on Del Prado in Cape Coral
July 22 – Wands up! This second-annual Harry Potter party features spell demonstrations, potions and divination classes, Harry Potter characters, butter-beer, a live performance, a version of the game Quidditch and more. Costumes are encouraged.
