We arrived to find the house exactly as advertised in the pictures. It was very clean and modern - with all of the accessories we needed. Plenty of seating outdoor on all of the screened in patios/porches as well as by the pool. It was within walking distance (about 15 minutes) to all of the Ft. Myers beach restaurants/shops and there is also a free trolley that runs every 15 minutes or so. Check in/out was easy - just entered a code to unlock the door. The rental company was very responsive when we asked for an Iron/ironing board. They dropped off a brand new on within the hour. Plenty of dishes, pots/pans, coffee maker/coffee press, automated ice maker/water on the fridge. It had everything we needed. Even a small outdoor fridge on the first landing just a few steps from the pool. We will definitely be staying here again and will make this one of our annual trips. We couldn\'t have been happier with everything.
Beautiful property but the 30+ stairs to reach the main living area will get your daily steps in for the day.
I’ve rental thru Sun Palace many times & have always been extremely pleased with them. They are attentive to the renters needs & very professional. Blue water Vista is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bath home with a private pool. My husband & I enjoyed many nights at area restaurants or just sitting around the pool. The house is new to the rental scene. It’s beautifully decorated with cool calming colors

25th Anniversary Trip We stayed here for 10 nights and had a great time! It is a short 340 steps to the beach! The pool is amazing, beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, a cooler, and a beach wagon are all provided and are lifesavers! The property managers were very responsive and friendly when I needed them. I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful home for your next beach vacation!

Bluewater Vista is a super cool Mid Island Pool Home with Hot Tub - Newer place Very close to beach. Pool was awesome and nice to have your own private space.
