* This is a monthly property but during off season (May-November) we can rent this home for 7 nights or longer with only one rental per month. * Please be aware that during your stay, the homeowners may occasionally use the dock and walk through the yard. Area Activities:
Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. As local restaurants continue to reopen, you'll have lots of opportunities for entertainment and dining experiences. We're excited to welcome you back.

"A fabulous house for a couple of weeks beach fun. The only issue we had was the reliability of the air conditioning. Sadly we had to use our mobile phone three times to contact agents,so although they provided excellent service, it proved quite costly for us as our mobile service provider is UK"

"We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is wonderful. Lots of cooking equipment to prepare meals, etc. Great location to get to beaches. I did have to contact customer service a few times to get the beach locker opened up and also to get the beach wagon."

"Wir waren 4 Wochen in „unserem“ Beach-Haus und haben die Zeit dort genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit traumhaft bequemen Sitzmöbel ausgestattet und auch das Esszimmer hat alles, was man braucht. Das gilt ebenso für die Küche und die beiden Schlafzimmer. Die umlaufende Balkonterrasse ist der Hit !! Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Kurz über die Straße und schon ist man am Strand und kann jeden Abend die Sonne im Golf versinken sehen. Sieht man dann noch die unzähligen Autos und Staus, die sich morgens und abends nach und von Fort Myers Beach quälen, dann weiß man die Lage erst recht zu schätzen. Fazit: rundherum top. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt !!! Gibt es etwas zu verbessern? Nun, wer nicht häufig in den USA ist, wird sich mit der Bedienung der technischen Geräte im Haus etwas schwerer tun. Hier wäre eine kurze Hauseinweisung zum Start hilfreich. Und die AC kommt bei Außentemperaturen um 30 Grad schnell an ihre Belastungsgrenze."

"House was great. Very comfortable. Kitchen amenities were above par. Nice to have beach equipment at the house like chairs, beach wagon and sand toys. The beach is visible from the house and is just a short walk across the street. You are within walking distance to several restaurants and shops and is a very short drive to everything else. I would recommend staying here."

"Great Ft. Myers Beach getaway. - A beautifully updated home in recovering Ft. Myers Beach. Located a bit away from main island traffic, but easy walk to restaurants and beach. The listing clearly indicated the impact to the area, so read the details. Many businesses are open (as of 1/24) and many are still in recovery. We found it was fine for our week long beach escape, and we highly recommend this property."

"I would definitely stay here again. The home is in a perfect location, just one short block away from the beautiful beach. A super quick drive or walk in either direction puts you at Bowditch Point Park & Beach or Times Square. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, but we ate out a lot at the many highly rated restaurants that were close by. Unfortunately the weather didn’t fully cooperate but the wrap around deck is sure to give some lucky guests a magnificent sunset. The linens were adequate & towels were new. Everything looked new, almost like we were the first guests this new home had visit. Very clean & modern. Smart TV’s in bedrooms & living room are top notch, with speedy internet. Host is very responsive. I felt like they really do focus on making your stay as easy as possible. I highly recommend this home. There is still a lot of construction around the area, post Ian. But, there has been so much progress. FMB is a great location!"
