Welcome to Island Waters, a charming Key West style waterfront canal home where the beach is just a quick walk away. A saltwater heated pool and spa, marble deck, boat dock, outdoor kitchen, and lots of comfy outdoor furniture grace this pleasant space. The main living area offers an open concept living area including an expansive great room, gourmet chef’s kitchen with professional Wolfe-style gas range, quartzite counters, custom white cabinetry and open dining area that opens to a covered terrace with propane grill, outdoor dining and lots of comfortable seating. Just off the great room is a butler's pantry with wine fridge and laundry. A king bedroom with ensuite bath and second bedroom with 2 twin over futon bunk beds and adjacent guest bath are on this level as well, and each has a private terrace for absolute privacy and ultimate relaxation. The third floor features a luxurious master suite with a king bed, loft, spectacular gulf and bay views, and an elegant bath with tub and huge walk-in shower. No need to go down to the kitchen for your morning coffee or midnight snack, brew some morning coffee, warm up some croissants in the coffee bar just outside the master suite and slip outside to your private deck. Area Activities:

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian.
