"We could not have enjoyed a vacation home more. This home had everything you could ever need to enjoy a week with family. Thr beds were super comfortable, the room arrangement (including 5 twin beds for grandchildren) was perfect and they even had child safety gates in all of the right places! The bathrooms are spacious and there is plenty of space to sit down for meals and card games.
The pool are is beautiful and we especially appreciated the tiki hut which offered protection from the sun. The home is conveniently located so it is easy to walk to Times Square. We have already recommended this home to our friends!!"

"Great time with family. The home was beautiful and had all we needed for the beach. Pool area was great and the pool was heated. The surrounding area is not 100% back yet but about 60% from the hurricane. We will be back again. Thanks for allowing us to rent your home."

"Family Vacation 2021 - There was a total of 7 of us in the house. We were supposed to have an additional family join (would have been 5 more people) and they had a family emergency at the last minute and were not able to attend. The house is great and was clean upon arrival. Very close to the beach and had all sorts of beach equipment including kids toys (we left some more too 🙂 ) There is a puddle jumper for toddlers for the pool (we loved it) and several floats. We bought and left two more floats.
The only negative was we were told the pool would get cleaned again on Wednesday and no one came to do this. Also, the pool lights and jets for the hot tub did not come on at night. this would have made our evenings a little more fun.
Overall, this was a great property, close to the beach and a short walk to the main downtown Ft. Myers Beach area. Great for shopping and ice cream!"

"Great house - We stayed 3 families. Pool and hot tub were great hit. Ac kept house very cool. house was awesome everything we hoped. Updated and nice It is in a great neighborhood and a couple blocks from beach and Times Square. Safe area kids were 16-18 yrs old and they walked around without adults and had no issues. If you’re on the fence about this house don’t be. It is awesome"

"Great family set up - We had our children and grandchildren for our stay. The multi levels made it so easy to have quiet nap times for the little ones and yet we could enjoy and relax at the pool area. Breakfast and coffee each morning on the screened lanai was great

"Great week away! - Great house with everything you could possibly need. Only thing I would recommend is curtains for the bedrooms. The sun is so bright and it’s difficult to sleep in with only blinds on the windows. Short and easy walk to the beach. Plenty of beach toys and pool floats. Also, we made great use out of the bar area. The second full size fridge downstairs is great to keep drinks cold. Great house for a beach getaway!"

"Three times unexpected people showed up on the property and we were not made aware prior to them just showing up. The first was ground maintenance. Blowing debris around the property is to be expected, but coming in the back gate to the pool area is NOT acceptable. The second time, future guests arrived wanting to leave bikes for their stay the following week. I was at dinner, but another family member was there and told me what was going on so I sent my husband back as I was skeptical of the legitimacy. Everything seemed ok so we were fine with them leaving items. The property is more than accommodating. The 3rd time a pool tech showed up to look at upgrading the pump and stated the owner, Austin, asked him to stop by???? Again, he entered the back pool area unannounced. The first and last two should never happen without notifying us. I also gave a lower score for knowledge of the staff. I emailed when booking asking about what looked like a bedroom off the game room. The home is listed as five bedrooms, but the pictures seemed to show 6. I was told there was only a pull out in the game room, not another bed or room even. While it was a pleasant surprise and worked to our advantage perfectly, it would have been nice to know. We had considered sharing cost differently according to room size and private bathrooms. "

"This vacation home was outstanding. Our stay was the week on June 8, 2019. The home suited our group of 14 nicely. The optional built in gates for keeping the three year old off the steps was a plus. Not sure what we would have done without them. Enjoyed the pool, game room, porch and the beach. The location of the home was perfect. Off the main strip, quite neighborhood, few minutes walk to the beach. Kitchen had all necessary utensils for cooking. We had a great time. Will definitely return. "

"Great family vacation house and location. - Thanks. Our family of 7 adults and 5 children had a wonderful time. Bedrooms were comfortable and nice size. Kitchen was well stocked with food prep and serving pieces. Rooms were a bit loud with no carpeting. Easy walk to the beach. Pool and spa were also very nice."

"Location! Location! Location - This home was gorgeous!! Spacious for the four families we had plus two extra rooms for the children to sleep in!!! We enjoyed the pool- hot tub!! Walking a short distance to the beach with all the things you need! Chairs/ stroller/ wagons/ toys for the sand/ coolers etc! This place doesn’t disappoint!!!
In the evenings we would walk to the pier area for dinner and walk back!!! No driving needed!

"Great Place close to everything!! - This place is beautifully set next to everything in walking distance. The house is well equipped with everything including the great pool and hot tub area. We had 14 people and had plenty of room and space needed. We cooked and did laundry there. We walked to the beach everyday and hit a lot of the restaurants and bars on the beach. Shopping is right there too. We loved this house and the Ft. Myers area. We would definitely return."

"Beautiful, New home! - This was a wonderful home. Beautiful modern, beachy decore. Great sized rooms, and an excellent pool area which includes a fun tiki roof shaded area. The location is great! A very short walk to the beach, restaraunts, and stores at time square."

"Our stay was phenominal and the house was sparkling clean and spacious upon our arrival. We loved so many features about the house. For a multi-generation family trip, this was the perfect house. The indoor and outdoor space was beautiful and within walking distance of everything we needed (except the grocery store which we drove too). The kitchen, closets, and starter items were well stocked and towels were clean, soft, and plentiful. The starter items really helped make the arrival more convenient and comfortable. One thing to note for families with children, the stairs all require extra wide baby gates. Traditional size gates will not fit the extra wide stairwells. I wished I had known this when renting baby equipment for our stay. The rooms were spacious, and lovely, although a few mattresses were not as comfortable as one would hope. Water pressure was good and plenty of hot water (after the first night). The outside tiki hut provided much needed shade for all. Overall I would give our experience 5-stars. I've already told several people what an amazing property it is! Some day we hope to come back. "
