Each of our distinctive homes offers various levels of accommodations for all tastes and budgets. All homes have cable TV, high speed internet, telephone, washer and dryer and stereo. Baby equipment can be rented from a reliable local supplier and it will be delivered to the house prior to your arrival.

Executive Level Rentals offer all the comforts of home and more:
Private pool, upscale decor, Wi-Fi for your laptop, Gas BBQ grills, outdoor dining, beach gear with carts including chairs, umbrellas, towels, a cooler and sand toys, extremely well equipped kitchens, hairdryers, starters of all paper products, all linens, laundry, dish and personal soaps. Our philosophy at these homes is that all you need to bring is your clothes, food and sunscreen. These fabulous homes are all located directly across the street from the beach or a short walk.

Beach Front Rentals are located in 2 groups, both south of mid island. Unlimited vistas of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters and endless miles of sand and surf are waiting for you to experience. These homes all offer attractive decor, all linens, beach towels, sand toys, Broadband internet (some with Wi-Fi) for your laptop, charcoal grills, lounge chairs, outdoor dining, sand toys, well equipped kitchens, hairdryers, starters of paper products, laundry, dish and personal soaps. The Pool is shared at the Beach Retreat Location and is private or shared, depending on your unit size, at each of the Gulf Road homes.

Island Cottages are located south of mid island within a short walk to the beach. These homes all offer attractive decor, all linens, beach towels, charcoal or gas grills, lounge chairs, outdoor dining, well equipped kitchens, hairdryers, starters of paper products, laundry, dish and personal soaps.

Clean Beach Guarantee

This Guarantee means that if the beaches are closed to the public due to public safety concerns related to the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill, during the guests stay, Sun Palace Vacations will issue a refund for the vacation rental less a nominal reservation fee.

In addition, our clients with confirmed reservations are able to change their vacation to alternative dates, as available,  without penalty. While there are no restrictions to dates, any difference in price will be an additional cost.
