Clean Beach Guarantee

This Guarantee means that if the 
beaches are closed to the public 
due to public safety concerns related to
the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill, 
during the guests stay, Sun Palace 
Vacations will issue a refund for the
vacation home rental less a nominal 
reservation fee.

In addition, our clients with confirmed 
reservations are able to change their 
vacation to alternative dates, as available,  
without penalty. While there are no 
restrictions to dates, any difference in 
price will be an additional cost.

This property is outstanding. Clean, modern and extremely convenient. The landlords are very courtious and the house comes with lots of extras (coolers, beach toys, swimming pool, etc). The two kitchens make it great for a larger family since it provides a second refrigerator. An overall great experience
