"It was a wonderful stay! Loved the clean house, kitchen utensils and supplies were great, pool was refreshing and loved that clean linens were available. Some things to report include that the toilet pocket door for the master bathroom was hard to shut and toilet brush should be replaced. Shower pressure in other bathroom was weak. Microwave light was out. Pool table could use some chalk. Thank you all for the great communication via email, text and calls! "

"We enjoyed our stay with sun palace! The air was not kicking on upon arrival and the manager went above and beyond to accommodate us even offering another house. The walk to the beach was short and we were right by the bay on the opposite end of the street. Pool was amazing and we left all the beach gear we bought to add to their collection."

"Very nice house. Very easy access to the beach. You can walk straight to the end of the road and access the beach which has less people or the public beach access parking lot is minutes down the road. Quite even tho other houses were under construction. The downstairs is still being worked on but that was not a problem. The pool was a nice alternative to the beach. Easy access to stores like walmart and restaurants, which were right across the bridge. Thank you for the relaxing stay."

"The property was excellent except for the elevator which was not operating lacking a breaker which was never replaced. One of our guests had a disability which made it difficult to climb he stairs. Property management staff was very efficient."

"The guest portal kept freezing up not allowing us to see some information in the area. Not sure if it was our phones or what. It was our first VRBO we have ever stayed at that there were zero cleaning supplies which we found to be weird."

"We had an awesome stay at Hidden Treasure. The house was spotless and quite lovely. Three large bedrooms all with king beds. The house is conveniently located with easy access to Times Square. Quick walk to the beach, maybe 5 minutes with beach access at the end of the street. The a/c worked wonderfully and there are ceiling fans in every room plus outside on the deck. The enclosed pool area was very nice, plenty of seating and ceiling fans. We didn't cook so I can't comment on kitchen supplies, but we had everything we needed. The only negative for me, the water pressure in the master shower seemed a little weak. We came home from dinner one night to find raccoons had tipped the trash cans and garbage was everywhere. We picked it up and righted the cans, SunPalace sent someone the next day to empty the cans and that took care of the problem. It was a great stay. We would definitely book this property again! "

"The Sun Palace service is very good, the customer service, it was the first time to rent with them, the house was very nice, pleasant in general, the only thing that was not really clean, it was full of sand even in the rooms and a lot of dust , and under the beds, so we had to start cleaning our first day because we were with small children and we also had unwanted visits from flying insects that I hate to say their names. For everything else, it was a great family vacation and of course we will rent with you again, we love the beach and we are sure that the inconveniences will not happen again"

"Aqua falls was a great experience. Everything was just as pictures showed. Kids really enjoyed the pool area. It was almost perfect, the only thing that would need done was a screened in pool area. Short walk across the street to beach."
