"Truly a fun and relaxing getaway and cant wait to come back! We enjoyed the easy walk across the street to the spectacular beach and loved catching the gorgeous sunsets. Super convenient to be surrounded by great restaurants and within steps of Publix. The homes decor featured the latest trends with always a fun pop of color, plus was well equipped with all the bells and whistles and perfectly clean. The two levels of large private balconies were a favorite feature for us. So relaxing for our morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the sparkling ocean view. And, the fabulous outdoor entertainment space completes the package. The amazing private pool, spa, fire pit, and game area are well designed to create special memories with family and friends forever. Sunset Paradise is our new tropical escape!"

"We had originally rented a different house for our vacation/ wedding destination but at last minute they told us something was wrong with the house and we needed to pick a different place. This all happened as we were traveling there from Orlando with our family. Yamy, had called us and immediately sent us some other homes to choose from it was late and I was frustrated and tired and we just picked what we thought was the best choice at the time. She was amazing saying she would stay at work till we got to Fort Myers Beach and had the door opened and she knew we were inside. I immediately was not trilled with the place. It was very nice but I originally picked a up stairs and downstairs unit so we could have our privacy for our wedding. Then we had another issue arise with the 2nd unit the next morning. That point I was over it all and just wanted to go home. I sat down and texted Yamy about our frustrations. Next thing I knew maintenance and house cleaning showed up. They were amazing! Yesenia immediately jumped in knowing I was so upset and I felt like my wedding was ruined. She got a hold of the owner and together they found us an amazing house with everything I wanted and more with an upstairs and downstairs that was better then we originally picked. Kathy personally contacted me and asked if we had a cake for after the wedding I told her no she said I am getting you a cake asked what I wanted and brought us the cake the day of the wedding with 2 bottles of Champagne. Yesenia checked in on us through out the week. She was an Angel from God! She turned my Wedding Day and week in to beautiful week! We loved the Coral Cove and would definitely rent from Sum Palace again!"

"The property was great and comfortable, located just 350 yardsa 5-minute walkfrom the beach. It featured a screened-in pool that stayed cool during the hot afternoons, as well as a spacious screened-in balcony perfect for enjoying the sunset. The house had everything a family would need for a comfortable stay, including comfortable and clean beds, blackout curtains for restful afternoon naps, and a well-stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and utensils. Additionally, the property was equipped with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon for convenience. Within walking distance, there were three sit-down restaurants in nearby resorts and a variety of food trucks across from the main street, providing plenty of dining options."

"We had a fantastic stay with our adult family at the Black Pearl! The house was beautifully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Inside, each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made it perfect for both comfort and privacy. The open-concept living and kitchen area was spacious and inviting, with a large dining table that comfortably fit our entire family. The master suite was especially impressivetruly a retreat in itself. Outside, we enjoyed multiple gathering areas, including several balconies and a well-maintained pool and hot tub. The location was idealjust a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and restaurants. We brought our own beach tent and blankets, which turned out to be a great decision since the rental options at the beach were on the pricey side. The house did have several beach items available, though most of the loungers were broken and not usable. It might be helpful for the cleaning crew or Sun Palace team to check and replace those as needed. Overall, the Sun Palace team was great to work with and the Black Pearl was a wonderful place to stay. We would absolutely return on our next visit to the area!"

"Fantastic stay for four adults at the Lazy Lobster. Kitchen was pleasantly stocked with ample cooking items, an air fryer and 2 coffee makers. Pool and hot tub were great. Nice supply of beach items (chairs, towels, umbrella) and only a 5-6 minute walk to the beach. We all were so impressed with this unit that we booked there for a longer stay next year."

"The Lone Palm Retreat is the perfect location for anyone looking for a quiet section of the beach outside your back door! Just bring your groceries and the house pretty much has everything else you will need to prepare your meals. We were a party of 5 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. After a few years away from FMB, it's so great to see the island working to get back to normal and this home definitely lives up to it's name as we felt like we were on a "retreat" the entire week! Definitely looking forward to a return to this location next year."
