"We had the most amazing vacation with Sun Palace, specifically our home at Sabal Palms! We’ve vacationed in Fort Myers for many years and this was, by far, the most comfortable and accommodating. There was SO much space, the kitchen was well thought with everything you could need and abundant storage for everything. The house is beautiful and the view from the front balconies was breathtaking. The decoration was modern yet comfortable. The pool was spectacular. We even took advantage of the Corn Hole/aka Bags board game in the fenced side yard. We will definitely be back and will contact Sun Palace to take care of our future vacations! A special thanks to Kathy who came through on an unexpected hiccup in our stay!"

"The property was excellent! Our family enjoyed a nice relaxed vacation. The downstairs pool area was very convenient! We weren’t aware there was a fourth bed located in the downstairs area so that was a surprise. Be aware there is an elevator but it’s not accessible to renters so be prepared for the stairs. The spiral staircase is a trip but we managed to make it work! "

Wish that all the rooms were a King size bed - I think the middle upstairs is only a queen. Kind of disappointed that the cost for next year is increasing dramatically. "6 of us went on a no-kid moms trip and the house was fantastic! We lounged by the pool and saw dolphins and string rays in the bay. There are 3 iguana's living in the rocks next door and we named them Terry, Theresa, and Tammy. The landscaping was beautiful. We all were very comfortable with the sleeping arrangements and there was wine glasses (wine fridge), pans, everything we needed. The couch is a pull-out. I also did not realize there is a bonus room in the garage with a futon and looked like AC and a full bath! This house could be great for 2-3 families. I also loved walking to time square and mojoes daily."

"Fort Myers Beach is near and dear to my heart. Its coming along slow but nicely. The house we rented was absolutely gorgeous and clean. The spa/pool heater did not work so that was a disappointment, however the property manager Kathy couldn't have been any nicer or accommodating. She really worked hard to make things better for our stay. I really appreciated her and her efforts. Sometimes things happen but our girls trip was so fun. The laughter we shared in this house and on the beach will always stay in our memories forever. A guest book to tell our story for the next visitors would be a fun addition. We definitely will be back!!!! Thank you again. "

"Owner needs to repair faucet in master bath...slow drain and water pressure not good....could be cleaner...screen in porch not open and very dirty...not many towels...needed aired out as a musty smell.."

"We had an amazing stay at this home in Fort Myers Beach! The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and inviting! While Fort Myers Beach is still rebuilding, there was plenty to see, do and enjoy! It was an extremely easy walk to the beautiful white, sand beach! There were lots of beach chairs, toys etc! The pool was amazing and the outdoor bar was very well used! We loved our stay and would love to return! Highly recommend!"
