Super convenient to be surrounded by great restaurants and within steps of Publix. The homes decor featured the latest trends with always a fun pop of color, plus was well equipped with all the bells and whistles and perfectly clean. The two levels of large private balconies were a favorite feature for us. So relaxing for our morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the sparkling ocean view. And, the fabulous outdoor entertainment space completes the package. The amazing private pool, spa, fire pit, and game area are well designed to create special memories with family and friends forever. Sunset Paradise is our new tropical escape!"

"We had originally rented a different house for our vacation/ wedding destination but at last minute they told us something was wrong with the house and we needed to pick a different place. This all happened as we were traveling there from Orlando with our family. Yamy, had called us and immediately sent us some other homes to choose from it was late and I was frustrated and tired and we just picked what we thought was the best choice at the time. She was amazing saying she would stay at work till we got to Fort Myers Beach and had the door opened and she knew we were inside. I immediately was not trilled with the place. It was very nice but I originally picked a up stairs and downstairs unit so we could have our privacy for our wedding. Then we had another issue arise with the 2nd unit the next morning. That point I was over it all and just wanted to go home. I sat down and texted Yamy about our frustrations. Next thing I knew maintenance and house cleaning showed up. They were amazing! Yesenia immediately jumped in knowing I was so upset and I felt like my wedding was ruined. She got a hold of the owner and together they found us an amazing house with everything I wanted and more with an upstairs and downstairs that was better then we originally picked. Kathy personally contacted me and asked if we had a cake for after the wedding I told her no she said I am getting you a cake asked what I wanted and brought us the cake the day of the wedding with 2 bottles of Champagne. Yesenia checked in on us through out the week. She was an Angel from God! She turned my Wedding Day and week in to beautiful week! We loved the Coral Cove and would definitely rent from Sum Palace again!"
