You have 48 hours from the time you made a reservation to cancel without any penalty. Cancellation must be provided to us in writing.

In case of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made until the period is re-booked and confirmed. If the period is re-booked at the same rate as the original agreement of the original guest, all monies paid are refunded within 14 days.  However, if the rental rate is negotiated to a lower rate or rented for a lesser time period, the original guest will only be refunded the lower (or lesser) rental amount.

Yes! Travel Insurance can be added to your reservation at a rate of 7.95% but must be purchased prior to the final payment being made on the reservation.  Once paid, travel insurance cannot be refunded. This insurance will cover many cancellations/interruptions including natural disasters.  See travel insurance plan details.

Check-in is after 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. We need substantial time to clean each unit to our very high standards and make it absolutely perfect for your arrival.

Even if the property is vacant prior to your arrival, we still have to open up the unit and make sure everything is working perfectly. You may call us at 877-217-0099 at 2:30 pm on your check-in day to ascertain if your home is ready for an earlier arrival. Occasionally, early check-in or late check-out is available to be booked at an additional fee.

Most of our properties are keyless, but some have lockboxes. When you have paid in full and submitted your guest list with ages, you will be emailed a Guest Package seven days prior to arrival with the code information.

Fort Myers International (RSW) is approximately 40 minutes from central Fort Myers Beach. We recommend approaching the island from the south through Bonita Beach during the High Season.

• There is a public trolley system on the island, which runs about every 30 minutes. Please visit their website for schedule details. There are also several Fort Myers Beach area taxi companies. If you have a large group, we recommend renting at least one vehicle for groceries and shopping.
