July 4th Kids Fishing Tournament

CALLING ALL JUNIOR ANGLERS! Get your fishing poles and head to Bonita Bill’s Waterfront Café for the Annual 4th of July Kid’s Fishing tournament on Saturday, July 2, 2022.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., and kids and their families can fish from the docks from 9 a.m. to noon. There’s a free lunch for everyone. More than 120 kids ages 3 to 15 participate in this annual Catch and Release tournament. Prizes will be awarded, including for most fish, heaviest fish, and longest fish. Cut bait is provided; participants must bring their own poles (one pole and hook per child) and any other bait they wish to use.

Fourth of July Fireworks

July 4, 2022

The Town hosts a fireworks show that begins at 9 p.m. and lasts for 20 minutes. The fireworks are launched from the end of the Pier (Lee County’s Lynn Hall Memorial Park & Pier) by Times Square.

Early registration will be available on Monday, May 16, 2022 through Sunday, June 16, 2022 (fee is $600/team). Entry fee will increase to $675 per team on Monday, June 17th. Team Entry Fee includes 5 Anglers. Additional Angler fee is $100. Each member of the team will receive a Tunaskin Performance Shirt with the 2022 Tournament Artwork.
