Welcome to Beach House Paradise, a charming renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home situated on a scenic canal, complete with a boat dock. Enjoy relaxing outdoors, swimming in your private pool or fishing off the dock. The chef in the family will love preparing meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living room, perfect for unwinding after a sunny day, and a spacious dining room with ample seating for everyone. The downstairs features a guest bedroom with a queen bed and another with two full beds. Upstairs, you'll find a king master bedroom with balcony access. *The home comes stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, a cooler, and a wagon, along with cleaning supplies. You’ll also find an inflator for tires and beach toys, all conveniently located in the garage for guest use.
Area Activities:
Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. "La casa estuvo mejor en persona que en las fotos realmente a nuestra familia nos encantó. Mucha seguridad para niños y caminado el acceso a la playa a solo 2-3 cuadras, a 3 min en carro el Publix súper cerca. La piscina con agua tibia no fría !! Y la playa espectacular! Se las recomiendo mucho en verdad. Repetiríamos la visita definidamente. Las sábanas y toallas súper limpias y lavas como tal muy equipada y limpia! No hay ningún complain realmente."

"Beach House Paradise was perfect for our stay in Fort Myers! We loved the heated pool and lanai, even hosted a couple of dinners with friends that were in the area and had plenty of space for everyone. Having Publix right down the road was nice for grabbing supplies, and the beach chairs, towels and cooler that were provided were great for a day at the beach. Estero Blvd would get pretty backed up during the afternoon so we tried to plan around that. Also, the kitchen could have used a few more items, like drinking cups, a pizza cutter, and grilling tools, but we made do. All in all, we would definitely stay here again!"

"Had a great trip to Fort Myers. Beach access right at the end of the street was great! The house had a great set up with lovely outdoor space and heated pool! We enjoyed the privacy and space and being away from the touristy hotel area. Fort Myers Beach is still rebuilding so there was not a lot within walking distance but easy to rent bikes and we had a car so could go anywhere we needed. Publix is just one mile away and easy to get to. Loved the beach chairs, beach wagon and cooler- it was perfect for a quick trip to the beach."

"Loved our stay at the Beach House - and appreciated the strong communication and support from the Sun Palace team! We had another property cancel on us last minute (a week before travel!) and we were thrilled to find this house that fit our large family (2 adults plus our 4 teenagers) for a week on the island. The mid-island location was convenient to access both north island entertainment and quieter south island family traditions. We rented bicycles and found it a great way to bypass some of the traffic that builds up in a busy week. Public beach access was a straight walk down the street and the wagon, chairs, and umbrella were a HUGE BONUS that we enjoyed all week. Plentiful towels, large dining table, and large space made this a great spot for our annual family trip - we even comfortably hosted a couple of large extended family dinners."

"Ft Myers family vaca - Home well maintained, very open, plenty of kitchen supplies (pots/pans/air fryer/coffee pot) many towels/wash cloths and an abundance of seating. Wifi worked perfect. Pool was wonderful, lots of areas to sit in the pool, umbrella for shade, small area for younger children to walk in pool while supervised. Lounge chairs very nice. Five minute walk to the beach with public beach access at end of the street. We utilized the gas grill to cook our catch. Nice beach wagon and chairs, plenty of beach towels.The area continues to remodel but we did not hear any loud construction while we were there. Would recommend a Tiki boat ride for the family!!"

"Loved the location, beach access right on our street; home is as pictured online. Plenty of towels/washcloths/beach towels. Wagon, cooler and beach umbrella were great amenities. Pool has a lot of space to sit inside, and the covered lanai was perfect for the rainy days. Plenty of pots/pans and silverware. We enjoyed being close to the Mound House, nice walking trail, saw several Iguanas. Our family really enjoyed our stay!!"

"The house was good but needs some repair. Some of the outside doors didn't close easily or lock. Not a problem unless you had to deal with the mosquitos which were numerous. The sliding door was hard to lock and a mop and swiffer broom would have been nice because of the sand. Your available toys and floats were great. The wagon and chairs were great too but a way of inflating the tires would have been nice. But we did have a good time and hope the hurricane repairs are successful and the beauty of the area is restored. Thanks for a great vacation!! The Bakers"

"Kitchen could have been better equipped and there was beach equipment and a cooler at the rental and it was not listed so we brought ours which was really inconvenient. Overall though, the place was in a quiet location close to the beach. We rented a golf cart since there aren’t any restaurants or stores super close."
