"We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home! It was very clean, everything worked as it should, and the air conditioning kept the house nice and cool. The beach was just a short walk away, making the location perfect.Sun Palace Vacation Rentals was outstanding to work with. They responded to every request quickly and were always helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.Our only suggestions for the homeowners would be to have the upholstered furniture professionally cleaned, tighten or replace the poolside chairs, and consider adding a few extra chairs to the balconies for additional seating.Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again!"

"Everything was great! We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was spacious enough for all 12 of us, and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. The view to the beach was amazing! We woke up every morning and just walked across the street to the beach and enough our morning coffee on the balcony. We had an issue with the dryer. The staff were super responsive and someone came out the very next day and replaced both the washer and dryer. We really appreciated it so we could wash and dry the towels. A pool technician also stopped by one day while we were using the pool to check the water’s pH levels. The only downside was that there were no extra garbage bags provided beyond the ones already in the trash cans. Having one or two extras would have made it easier to keep everything clean throughout our stay. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we had a wonderful experience. We definitely plan to stay here again."

Maintenance installed a new dishwasher and refrigerator during our stay and he was super friendly. Office staff were communicative about the installation as well. "House and view was great. House very clean. All appliances need to be replaced except stove. We knew the refrigerator is being replaced. The dishwasher not working. The water does not heat and the dry heat doesn’t work.
The dryer must have blockage in the line with lint. Takes 2-3 runs of high heat to get clothes or towels dry."

"Beautiful place.. spacious clean and comfortable for a big group of several families. The view was everything! The beach supplies came in super handy for the adults (chairs and canopy) and kids (lots of sand toys) alike. The common space had lots of seating for everyone (kitchen island/dining table/couches). The pool was lovely to swim in and it was facing east so the sun hit it early on. Nice seating outdoors. The only remark we have is that it would have been nice to have an extra supply of essentials. We stayed for 4 nights and travelled into Fort myers by plane. They provided soap and toilet paper and dishwasher pods enough for only half of our stay then we had to buy our own and of course couldn’t buy these things in singles so ended up with lots of extras that we had to either leave behind or haul back in our luggage. It would have been nice if we didn’t have to worry about that. Nevertheless, we would still give this place a 5 star review. Thank you for the lovely memories."

"Had an amazing time here! The beach was in very close proximity, making it extremely convenient on a daily basis. Publix was a 3 minute drive as well. Very spacious rooms and house in general. One of our favorite places to hangout was the balcony on the 3rd floor—great views and the surfboard table was a plus! I did not know there was an elevator…if it worked, it would’ve been extremely helpful taking groceries upstairs & we also had my grandma and a pregnant woman stay with—regardless, we knew they would need to go up the stairs so not having the elevator function was still not an issue, just would’ve been more convenient. I have already recommended the house to several friends who have reached out to me inquiring where my stay was. Nothing but good reviews here! Upon arrival I had to set the AC down so took a while to cool the house but with the help of the extra fans provided in the house, it wasn’t too long until the house was circulating cool AC. On top of our great experience here, one of our family members forgot his watch and we did not realize. Sun palace called me directly the day after our check out to advise that they found a watch. They will be sending it to us via mail now! I can’t thank them enough for this stay and the generosity provided. Everyone in the family loved it and would love to come back again soon!"

"We loved it and would love to stay here again! - The location was amazing. During our stay in July of 2025, the lots across the street were vacant so we had a great view of the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone. Everyone had their own bathroom so no one ever had to wait for one. There was plenty of seating in the main living space as well as some great seating on the porch for when we wanted to sit outside and enjoy the ocean air!
Worth noting just so people are aware...there are a LOT of stairs involved with staying here. I did not consider this a negative, but people with mobility issues may not like this.
One bathroom had very poor water pressure in the shower. (this was the only room with this issue)
Also I'm not sure the dishwasher was working properly, sometimes our dishes didn't seem to be fully clean after running it."

"This home is in a beautiful location just across the street from the beach. And the beach has great shells! Five of the bedrooms have private attached full bathrooms which was great for our guests. The pool was relaxing at the end of our days and they have a lot of pool toys to use. A good place to stay with large group."
