"Amazing vacation spot! - My group of 6 came down to Fort Myers for a wedding and this was the perfect place for us! It was so close to the beach and had several restaurants and bars within walking/ short uber distance. The house included beach items that we couldn’t fit on our flight, which was so helpful and saved us money. There is only one bathroom but the outdoor shower helped us all get ready quickly. The hosts were so helpful in their quick replies. As well, they allowed us have a early check in and a late checkout which took away a lot of stress during getting there and leaving. We would all stay again!!!"

"Very clean, updated property. Great communication with owners and excellent location. Lots of special touches including plenty of beach towels, motion-sensor night lights, great A/C, alarm clocks in each bedroom with 3 usb charging portals and 2 electrical outlets, sturdy beach wagon, coolers, umbrella, etc. Everything you need!"

"Spring Break 2021 - Everything exceeded our expectations. Thre property is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just steps to the beach. Centrally located to Times Square of you want to visit but far enough away to have peace and quiet. The home was very clean. Amenities for the beach were wonderful. We greatly enjoyed the outside shower to rinse the sand!! Coral by the Sea has exceptional owners that went above and beyond at accommodating us. Thank you for a most wonderful stay!!!"

"Fantastic Ft. Myers Beach Duplex - Beautiful newly remodeled duplex has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Ft. Myers Beach. Location is great - only a mile south of the busier Times Square area, there are several good restaurants only blocks away. Two block walk to the beach. Rental is spotless and has very comfortable beds, large open concept living room, kitchen and dining room. Kitchen stocked with everything you need (plenty of pots and pans, dishes, glasses, cups, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc). Unit looks exactly like the pictures and is in a quiet, clean neighborhood. Nice large backyard with 8 person umbrella-covered table; beach chairs and beach cart and large storage box full of beach toys, shovels, pails, noodles, and boogie boards. Michael and Marie are extremely responsive to text or email if you have any questions. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again. Thank you Michael and Marie for sharing your home - we had a great time!"

"Beautiful house walking distance to beach - This house has brand new everything inside! The house is in a great location just a few minutes walk to the beach. They have a beach cart for rolling chairs and beach toys which was very helpful. There is a great restaurant on the beach right across from the neighborhood where we have lunch everyday. The house was everything we could have wanted!"

"Coral by the Sea is a clean and nicely decorated place that is close to everything. - It is a truly a home away from home with everything a guest would need in ample supply. I only made a single trip to the store for food on the way to the beach, for a five-day stay. They have ample supply of linens and kitchen supplies. It is a cozy place that welcomes you in from the summer sun and provides comfort on those rainy days. Marie and Michael have put in the extra effort to make it a safe place to stay; leaving those concerns far from the minds of their guests. My son and I enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the near future."

"Awesome place for 6! - This was our first vacation rental and our experience could not have been more enjoyable. The place was clean, new, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were awesome and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The kitchen, dining area, and living room were large, and the two bedrooms slept all 6 of us very comfortably. The beach was a quick walk and the free tram is close by as well.
Marie and Michael were very responsive to our questions before and during our stay, which was comforting to first-time renters like us. We were able to meet them when they came to clean the adjoining place after the neighbors left, and they were a lovely couple. Finally, our deposit was refunded/returned the day we left!
This was an awesome stay and were so glad we found it. Highly recommend this place!"
