The second bedroom offers a twin over queen bunk bed, generous closet space and the guest bath is right outside your door. Outside there is a sparkling heated pool with tanning ledge, a shaded lounge area, and gas grill. Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. "The home was accurately described, and exactly what we were looking for. We were able to bring our two small dogs and paid the pet fee as described. Some construction traffic in the neighborhood but that was no issue or deterrent to our great time. We rented a golf cart from 2 streets down, which made the trip even more perfect, as we could come & go up and down the island more easily. The pool was perfect. The interior of the home was clean and everything worked. The master bath shower head was missing (still a mystery!) - I let the host know and they had a new shower head installed the same day (and on a Sunday). I would 100% rent with Sun Palace again in the future! Thank you for the hospitality!"

"We had an absolute blast. The house was very clean and spacious. It comes fully stocked with kitchen utensils and everything in the house works (all outlets, hot water doesn't run out, etc.). The pool was just the right temperature and just down the steps. The house is 2 blocks from a public beach access, it's literally a straight line from the street the house is on walking into the ocean. We very much enjoyed staying here and will check this place first when booking next to see if available."

"Hurrikan Ian 2022 - Kein hinweis darüber erhalten, dass sich das Objekt mitten in einem Hurrikan 2022 Gebiet liegt. Sehr viele Häuser in der Umgebung sind nicht mehr vorhanden oder baufällig. Eine riesige Baustelle mit Baulärm.
