"We had a great vacation!! - The private beach was amazing. The unit was clean and tidy. Just enough room for four people.
Would recommend providing a blanket for the futon. The hallway smelled of cat urine by the elevator."

"Exceptional Beach Experience - It is perfectly located. Next to the beach on the restful end of Estero Island.
The room is spectacular with a large balcony that includes a nice view of the Gulf .
The kitchen is well equipped and has a large island for food prep
The bedroom has a king size.bed that is comfy but still fits easily into a huge room.
The living area was comfortable with a nice sofa and armchair.
There is plenty of closet space too in the huge bathroom.
The room was flawless."

"My stay was wonderful. The weather was beautiful. I didn't check in till 3:00am. It's good the main door was unlocked because the door code I had for the building was wrong. The door to my room didn't lock when going out unless I held the door knob tightly. I didn't have a code for the gate to the street. I didn't have access to get in to the pool. I thought limiting toilet paper to two rolls was crazy. And no Kleenex??? I didn't have a dishwasher which wasn't a big deal but you only left me dishwasher soap. There wasn't a dish cloth to do dishes. Only 2 bath towels and 2 wash clothes was kinda skimpy. I hopefully followed all of your rules and left things very clean. All things noted I was happy with my stay. I would have stayed longer but I had an appointment to go to the next day"

"Great place at a great price.
A 12th floor condo literally on the beach once you get off the elevators. Pool was heated and the beach walk was great for finding shells. When tide is lower, tide pools are created and we could see a lot of hermit crabs, snails, some starfish, and a lot of sand dollars.
The town has been decimated in recent years due to bad hurricanes, so there is less to do directly on the island than in the past, but if you are looking for easy beach access, swimming, tennis/pickleball, and the farmers market across the street then this is a great place to stay.
The balcony view is not beach side, though you can see a bit off to the one side, but it is a nice view of the bay. Get a nice view of the sunrise.
Only hiccup we had was finding the room. Technically they had that information in the address, but it could have been a bit more clear. Also, you can't check in until 4, but the office closes at 4, so go to the kiosk outside the office to get parking pass."
