About the Complex: Estero Beach & Tennis Club is ideally located on the quiet South end of Fort Myers Beach, offering direct beachfront access and resort-style living. The complex consists of three 12-story buildings with a total of 296 units, set on 10 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and pristine shoreline. Amenities include a heated community pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a BBQ area, and plenty of space to relax and unwind. For your convenience, there is a ground-level, charge card-operated laundry facility.

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for, check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse, which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area has been rebuilt since Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to improve, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. "Beautiful beach front condo. Building and grounds were well taken care of. Had a wonderful 9-day stay with no complaints 🙂 There are 2 items would have helped a lot. A fan to pull the air conditioning to the bedroom and a laundry basket for hauling a load of clothes down to washer/dryer and back up."

"Perfect location. Nice condo with great pool and beautiful beach. There were several things within walking distance (CVS, 7 Eleven, coffee shop, ice cream parlor, Surf Shop clothing and Legno’s Italian Restaurant. The only thing I would add is a fan to draw the air conditioning to the sleeping area and a laundry basket for convenience with completing laundry."

"Our experice in this place was Absolutly beautifull , the view Amazing extremely clean and organize .. the kitchen well equiped.,the closet with extra towels and another stuff in case you would need, the only thing tha i will recommend is to install a cealing fan where the bed is .. that way you will feel the AC much better.. but other than that .. No problems at all Absolutly Amazing , i recomend this place to everybody.. thanks... and i definitely would rent this place again,for sure..."

"We had the wrong code for the main entry and we arrived at night. Luckily another guest gave us the code. The code is changed monthly so Sun Palace needs to validate better. The pool was great. The unit was clean. We had a clogged drain but my husband figured it out quickly. Otherwise, they are very responsive! Great visit. Recommend for the location and value."

"Beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony, small unit but perfect for a couple, clean and well appointed. Pool was nice and beach access was convenient. Only downsides were that we had to search the unit for the wifi name and password, access codes were mis-identified and we found a pair of men's shorts behind a nightstand. Also, I don't recall seeing instructions on pool access. A neighbor told us about the fob to access it and we found one in the unit. It seemed the instructions were generic given the code issue and the fact there was no dishwasher even though instructions stated we were to load it when checking out. The listing didn't indicate if any beach equipment was included. We were glad we didn't buy any beach chairs on the way in because we were pleasantly surprised to find two chairs, a cooler and umbrella. We subsequently added a pool noodle."

"Unforgettable Stay in Fort Myers – Stunning Ocean Views & Spotless Comfort! Our stay in Fort Myers was nothing short of amazing! The ocean view from the property was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset over the water each evening felt like a dream. The location couldn’t have been more perfect for a relaxing and scenic getaway. The place was immaculate — super clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the cozy, comfortable furnishings to the well-stocked amenities. It was clear that care and pride go into keeping this space in top shape. Fort Myers itself is a gem — vibrant yet peaceful, with great dining, beaches, and activities nearby. But honestly, we could have spent the entire trip just soaking in the views and serenity of this incredible spot. "My family and I had an amazing stay at Estero Beach and Tennis Club-207 A! The condo was clean, the bed was comfy, and we had everything we needed. It was the perfect size condo for my wife and I with our two small children. We loved that it was conveniently located directly on the beach and we could easily go down to the beach and back up for anything we needed or breaks with the kids. The pool was always clean, warm, and surprisingly not very crowded. The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous at the beach here and you can see the beach from the patio of this condo. We also really enjoyed the location. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Time Square but still close enough to restaurants for dinner and Publix for grocery shopping. This was a perfect family vacation and we will definitely return to this unit at Estero Beach and Tennis!"
