Unwind at Flamingo Bay, a beautiful 3BR/2BA canal front home that has been renovated to provide comfort and luxury. The chef in the group can whip up a delicious meal in the kitchen that offers plenty of prep space, a wine fridge, and updated appliances. The large sectional in the living room has plenty of seating for everyone and provides the perfect spot for a relaxing evening. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and a beautiful attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a queen bed in the first guest bedroom and two twin beds in the second guest bedroom. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo, new tile, and a vanity. Venturing outdoors, guests will find a sparkling private pool and outdoor dining table for six. Area Activities:
Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. "We recently stayed at the beautiful Flamingo Bay Beach House managed by Sun Palace Vacation Rentals, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by how immaculate and well-maintained the exterior of the property looked. We did encounter a small issue when we arrived—the lockbox was broken open and the key was missing. However, after a quick phone call to the Sun Palace Rentals office, the problem was resolved within 10 minutes. Once inside, we found the home to be exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable, and welcoming. During our initial inspection of the property, we discovered that one bedroom door was locked and a kitchen drawer was stuck. Again, a quick call to the Sun Palace office resulted in a maintenance technician arriving within 30 minutes. Both issues were fixed in less than five minutes. What stood out most throughout our stay was the professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service provided by the Sun Palace team. Every concern was handled quickly and efficiently, making us feel valued as guests. We highly recommend Sun Palace Vacation Rentals to anyone planning a trip to Fort Myers Beach. They manage a wide variety of rental properties and clearly take pride in providing outstanding service and well-maintained accommodations. We would gladly and most certainly stay with them again!

"We swam with wild dolphins for an hour. This was the best deal in the area and we've never stayed in fort Myers before. We were very happy that we booked this location. At first we were a little apprehensive when somebody told us fort Myers was hit really bad by the hurricane, it was not that bad when we got there. there is technically a lot of construction going on, but it's still definitely worth the visit. It's a quick 7-minute walk to the beach ⛱️ or so. The beach is pretty private. not many people out there. there was a lot of sargassum weeds on the beach. however, it was beautiful. overall water was not quite the green. amazing like Anna Maria but it was still very pleasant and nice. you do get a little whiff every so often of sargassum or some other stuff decomposing. you could fish off the back porch of this place, mainly catfish though LOL and some mangrove snapper. we caught small sharks and snook off the beach as well as catfish LOL there was a beach cart and some beach toys"

"This house was a beautiful, quiet area where we were close to shopping and the beach but still far enough away from the more popular tourist areas that we didn’t have loud music. We were able to swim in the private pool and fish off the dock. Well stocked kitchen for the meals we cooked there along with a large fridge to store food. The only thing we would change would be the noisy mattress covers. Overall beds were comfortable with lots of pillows but when my husband or I would move it would wake the other. I would highly recommend this location."

"My family enjoyed our stay! We especially enjoyed having our own pool. There were even pool toys and towels provided. We used the fishing poles at the property to fish off the dock in the canal and my husband even caught a spotted sea trout. The beach is just a few blocks away and there are chairs and a wagon to use so no need to carry all your beach gear. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware and containers for left overs. You will have to provide your own spices and cooking oil. The gas grill has utensils and was great to have onsite. The neighborhood is quiet and you can walk to CVS and 7/11 but to get to restaurants and nightlife you will have to drive/taxi or take the trolly. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We enjoyed staying at the house. We saw beautiful sunrises in the morning and took a short walk to the beach at night for the sunsets! The pool was amazing and very relaxing. They also have a deck over the canal with chairs which was fun to sit and watch the pelicans. Ft Myers Beach is still recovering so not as many restaurants on the island but the kitchen was well equipped to make a few meals. It’s a beautiful place to stay!! We would stay there again!"

"Beautiful home! Everything was new and clean. It was well-equipped with all that we needed in the kitchen, bath and bedrooms. Quiet neighbourhood and only 5min walk to the beach. We were there in Feb and the water in the Gulf was warm enough to swim. The home has a nice dock to relax on and a heated pool with lounge chairs, bbq and table all in the enclosure. We had a couple small issues but they replied to our message and sent someone out to care of it for us. They were kind enough to let us check out later due to our evening flight. Thank you for a great week!"
