Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. "Beautiful home with a comfortable feel. Excellent location. Very peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The pool area gets morning sun, but is mostly shaded in the afternoon. Enjoyed the gas firepit on the cooler evenings. Would definitely consider booking again."

"We were a group of 10 and really enjoyed the Sun Palace. Any more people might have been too much, but the pool and outdoor kitchen area provide plenty of places to spread out. The entire house was very clean, too, and the management company was responsive when we had a tiny bit of trouble getting in with the lockbox. It's a great place, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants."

"Absolutely incredible stay! This home was a perfect paradise—spotless and beautifully finished with top-notch details throughout. We were lucky to be the first guests to enjoy the newly renovated downstairs, which added a whole extra layer of comfort and truly made our trip unforgettable. The layout was ideal: three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, plus a cozy living room, bedroom, and additional bathroom downstairs—perfect for easy access to the pool. We rented a golf cart to explore the island, but the beach was just a short walk away. We came to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday, and everyone was blown away by how stunning the property was. We’re already talking about when we can come back!"

"Such a beautiful view! Very relaxing! The first floor space was not open due to the recent hurricanes, which we completely understand, but the open space on the second level was gorgeous. Loved the open concept of the kitchen, dining and family room. The only issue was the Keurig coffee machine was not working and had been told a new one would be brought, but we did not receive - hope that has been resolved. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to seeing how the lower level has been renovated."

"9/10 - Location was perfect. The views of the canal and bay were picturesque and it’s a nice short walk to the beach. The house was beautiful, clean and comfy. Check-in was a little rough but resolved quickly after a few calls. Basic cooking items such as salt & pepper and cooking spray were not included. Logging in to a separate guest portal for information not available on VRBO was clunky and an extra step."

"This was a lovely high-tech new home. But almost TOO high-tech. There were so many wall switches and fans that we had to really experiment with in order to make them work. It would have been much better had there been a paper or book in each room to explain how to turn things on & off. It was so upscale that even the refrigerator and stove were listed for wifi on my phone settings. I definitely would only recommend the sofabeds for children though. We had 12 senior ladies stay at this home, and the ones who used the sofabeds had to sleep lengthwise so someone had to crawl over the other person to go to the bathroom at night. We called Sun Palace ahead of time to see if there were beach chairs or wagon & we were told no. but when we arrived, they had those items, so we wouldn't have had to bring as many of ours. Sun Palace was very receptive to try to fix problems. Overall a gorgeous home with wow-factor everywhere. Be aware: the beds are quite high and firm."

The only thing that was a little disappointing is we chose this house because it had a boat dock and we brought our boat but there wasn’t any cleats on the dock to tie the boat to and the boat dock had a lift but we were not allowed to use it per the owners."

"I can’t say enough good things about this rental. Beautifully decorated and located 2 blocks away from Estero Blvd. everything inside the house was top tier and spotless clean. Having a pool in the backyard was extremely convenient, specially because of the views. The town of ft Myers beach is still recovering after the hurricane, but everyone we came across was extremely friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this house for a family getaway!"

"This house is perfect for a large family! the kitchen was fully stocked, the outdoor patio and pool space was amazing - so private, yet beautiful view of the bay. Only issue was the flood lights on the back of the house made the outdoor space unusable after dusk. Would definitely rent again!"

"Celebrating our October Birthdays - I rented the Harborside on Palermo to celebrate my oldest (30) and my youngest (21) ‘mile marker’ birthdays. My oldest and her husband live in Fort Myer, but we wanted a place to spread out and be close to the beach. Harborside did not disappoint! The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. We spent each evening on the back enclosed porch visiting and playing board games. It was our favorite! The pool was great! I thought it was a small wading pool from pics but it was quite large and to 5’ deep. This adult group loved it. We had one minor faucet fix that needed made, and management was very fast to repair and very courteous. I will definitely rent this home again when visiting my FM kids."
