The master bedroom has a king bed and access to the screened balcony, guest bedroom 1 has a king bed, and guest bedroom 2 has a full over full bed with a twin trundle, making this home sleep 9 comfortably. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. "This is an amazing home. Bedrooms and bathrooms are huge. Perfect location- beach is across the street. Restaurants are very close by. Home is brand new and super clean and spacious. We loved the pool area and there was a lot of shaded space. We loved that they had everything you could want for the pool and beach. Beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella, coolers, pool floats, etc. This was a huge plus for us as we flew in as opposed to driving and could not bring any beach gear.
One thing I will mention is that you will not be able to check in early, even if the home is vacated and clean, they will charge you if you try to check in before 3 PM.
I was a little disappointed that they wanted to charge $100 to check in before 3pm but it is managed by a property management company. They have protocols and that is understandable. Just prepare accordingly.
We will definitely rent this home again, but will plan a later flight."

"A group of 5 friends stayed a week at Holiday Everyday rental. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the pool floats, the lounge chairs, towels and shady area provided under the house. We loved being able to walk to the beach with the provided beach chairs, beach umbrella, wagon and cooler. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was large enough for several of us to prep meals together. We also enjoyed using the provided gas grill. We appreciated that the host always responded to our messages. We all agreed we would stay there again if we travel back to Ft. Myers!"

"Great location - very close to the beach, accessible to all the restaurants but without the traffic. House was clean and exactly as advertised. We loved the pool and screened in porch. Not a criticism of this house per se but given my father’s limited mobility, we will look in the future for more handicapped accessible properties (e.g., seats in showers, pool railings, etc)."

"The house was very clean and wonderfully thought out with lots to do. It's in a great location where you are very close to the beach and about 1.5 miles from the main area of Ft. Myers. The house did have all of the things needed for the beach, including beach towels. The only thing that we did not have was any extra paper products (TP, paper towels)."

"The house was great. The downstairs with the pool and games worked out well. The only thing I would suggest is make sure how many beds you need. It says it sleeps nine, but that means four people are sleeping in the bunkbed. We had nine people, but they were not couples so we had to do some blowups."

"This house was absolutely stunning, exactly as pictured online. It was an easy walk to the beach, plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, wagon and cooler. The amenities made our beach vacation so easy. All we brought was food, speaker for music and pool floats. The pool was nice to have and the covered porch was wonderful to eat breakfast outside and watch sunrise. Highly recommend the location, it was quiet from the Town Square area but easy uber rides if you wanted to go down there."

"Due to a family emergency I had to cancel my vacation but my friends were able to use this house. They told me the experience was great with Sun Palace and the house was perfect. The pool was amazing and the way the house is setup is ideal for a small or larger group of people. I really hope to make it to Fort Myers beach later this year and will look to book my stay at this house."

"The house was very spacious. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed. They had lots beach chairs, beach wagon, back pack cooler. They also had a bean bag game and a BBQ grill. We loved the huge screened porch. Overall- it was a 10. Very very nice."
