"Beautiful property across from the beach. Just a few steps and we were on the sand. Loved the view of the beach from the primary bedroom balcony and view from the main floor. Nice size pool and great outdoor space. Grill, and all the amenities of home. Nice sized bedrooms and plenty of room for our family. Everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. Beach umbrellas, chairs etc are provided. Plenty of beach towels. Enjoyed our time here. Lovely community."

"The house and location were fantastic. It’s walking distance (very close) to the Publix store which is very important considering the traffic. Excellent view of, and access to the beach (literally 100 yds) and if you’re not feeling the beach the pool is very nice.
The home is true to the photos, kitchen is well equipped, and it’s nice to have a large dining area inside and outside on the deck, just a few steps from the kitchen.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice, plenty of room and storage. We did a lot of cooking and between the grill and kitchen we had all that we needed.
The pool deck is great for kids but also safely segregated so they can’t get there without adults.
Sun Palace was very responsive and the house was easy to access when we arrived. We had a great time and our kids/grandkids loved it!"

"Beautiful house and great location. Loved the easy access to the beach and beautiful views. Management was quick to respond to small maintenance issues. Only recommendation would be to provide more towels and wash cloths. One per person is not enough for a weeks stay and having to wash them constantly is not something you want to do on a vacation."

"OMG, OMG, OMG. Let me say that this was a fabulous vacation. You definitely get what you pay for. Publix and 2 restaurants (Fresh Catch and Junkanoo) are 2 doors down so easy walk. The ocean view and sounds are unbelievable. Tons of room. Very nicely decorated and appointed. Private beautiful tropical pool. I didn't want to leave!"

One small suggestion: it would be helpful to have a few more basic amenities like dish soap, toilet paper, and toiletries such as shampoo or body wash. "Our family of 10 (5 couples) loved our stay at Island Grande. The location was perfect with a quick walk to the beach, and the backyard *heated* private pool was a huge bonus - we ended up spending part of every day back there watching the outdoor TV and lounging! The kitchen and dining areas had plenty of space for us and the bedrooms were clean and well appointed. Having Publix a 5 minute walk away was super convenient, and the house is far enough down Estero Blvd to be away from the noise and crowds of fort Myers beach (especially during spring break time). There is definitely significant traffic in the evenings in front of the house, but we never had an issue thanks to planning. There was some construction noise, but that is unavoidable after such a big hurricane. Sun Palace was a great host!"

"We had a wonderful girls trip. The house was perfect and we LOVED spending time in the pool after being at the beach. There is a lot of damage in the surrounding area from Hurricane Ian and lots of construction traffic but it didn’t hinder our stay or our plans for a future stay. We did a resort day pass at the Pink Shell to pass time before we were able to get into the house. Highly recommend for anyone who has an early flight in and the house is not ready."
