Welcome to your getaway at Island Paradise A upper duplex 1-bedroom 1-bath. You are close to Times Square. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to a delicious meal in our well-equipped kitchen. We have a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience. You will find a master queen bedroom and a sleeper sofa. Come see why the fun never stops at Island Paradise 3!

Area Activities:
Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. As local restaurants continue to reopen, you'll have lots of opportunities for entertainment and dining experiences.

"The cottage was very warm and cozy, and it was decorated it so nicely. All the amenities of home. I would highly recommend the cottages to anyone wanting to stay on Fort Myers Beach!!!!"

"Island Paradise 3 Mermaid: short walk to beach (cross over Estero Blvd). Nice furnishings. Clean. Fluffy white towels. Soft bed in very small bedroom. Only 1 set of sheets with 2 pillow cases. No sheets for pullout. 3 soaps just made it for 4 days. As in posting, no shampoo, moisturizer or beach towels. If cooking, bring your own spices and kitchen towel. Happy to find 2 chairs and umbrella inside. Cart under deck made it easy to wheel chairs and stuff to beach.
Two food trucks at top of street, Mom's Heavenly Biscuit and Latin food. It's easy to see why Mom's is famous for cinnamon rolls and biscuits - delicious! Ice cream abt 1/4 mi north had interesting and yummy flavors (truck next to hardware truck).
Several other food trucks along the boulevard (town is still rebuilding after hurricane a couple of years ago). Restaurants were mostly open-air. Enjoyed dinner at Dixie Fish Co."
