"We were a family of 9 and were very comfortable. The property has plenty of natural light, extra bedding/pillows, comfy beds, and clean. The pool was a bonus, and needs to be accessed going outside the front main door (2nd level) or via the master bedroom's balcony sliding door (2nd floor). There is no access from the main floor to the pool, which was not difficult for most of us, but my in-laws had a difficult time going up/down and the flight of stairs. The property was very close to the beach, just 5 minutes if that. The communication was clear and response same day. Check in/out was easy. As mentioned in the property's website, there is still a lot of rebuilding from the hurricane, and that did not bother us. Additional kitchen towels, TP, PT, would have been ideal. "Great Layout and Location - House had a ton of space for 2 families to stay - including 5 children from 4-9! We loved that the sleeping areas were all on one floor and the “hangout” space was separate! We had everything we needed - except for forks (haha!) which SunPalace had replaced in 90 minutes. We all had a good laugh about that one! Easy access to the beach, and in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect spot to witness the rebuild of FMB!"

House was lovely and had plenty of room for the 10 of us, ages 75-15.
So close to beach, pool was nice and we grilled almost everyday. Great TV for watching March Madness!!

"There were no surprises! Everything was as described or better. Didn’t think there would be beach towels or beach wagon or chairs. So we brought our own. But it ended up there was all the things. Very good to work with and helpful for anything."

"Good location to beach - The property was conveniently located within a short walk to beach. The house worked well for our family, but being a three story be prepared for stairs. We did have some issues that required calling for maintenance and we found them to be very helpful. Everyone enjoyed the pool! This is still a hurricane recovery area, so there is construction being done, which did not bother us. Overall a positive rental experience."

"This property is beautiful and within really close walking distance to the beach. The heated pool was a fantastic 84 degrees which felt wonderful with the temps only being in the upper 60s or lower 70s. Only complaint is that there weren’t any food products at all such as condiments like salt and pepper for cooking. If you’re going to cook be prepared to bring every ingredient that you will need for your meals. There also weren’t any playing cards, board games, or any sort of entertainment for adults or kids available. I left a 100 piece puzzle that I bought for my 6 year old while we were there. Hopefully someone else will find it useful in the future. :)"

thank you Ben for the great review! Glad to hear that pool heater worked, it was a little chilly! Regarding no food products, there are 2 reasons for that , 1. after covid we made sure to remove all food products between stays for safety reasons, and we have just continued to do that. Not to mention that in Florida we do have some ant issues!! "Beautiful place w/ plenty of room. 1 block away from the beach & close enough you can hear the ocean. Great for a bigger group as there is plenty of space to spread out. The area was experiencing unusual cooler temps so having a heated pool that was actually hot was fantastic. Would def stay here again."

"A cute house with a good layout for families. Make sure you bring your own amenities as very little is provided. Great location right across from the beach. As the area improves this will be a good spot. 2nd downstairs restroom is a little tight for larger families. The agency communicated very well for entry and did grant us a late checkout which was appreciated."

Jesse, I am sorry you were not 100% satisfied with the house and Sun Palace. With no office space right now, supplies are limited because we have nowhere to store all the extra linens and the first night starter packs. We try to make that clear in our guest portal with what is provided. I will speak with the cleaning company because sponges and wash clothes should have been provided. I hope besides those issues you, the other ladies and the kids enjoyed your time on Fort Myers Beach.

"Beach getaway - Overall our experience was good! The location is so close to the beach, it is a very short walk. The main kitchen area is perfect for gathering. The rental company was very responsive, kind & thoughtful. There were 8 of us celebrating our 50th birthdays & they had a birthday cake in the fridge for us. The concern was we had a small bug problem in the Master bathroom. We had several small bugs all over the windows & bathtub/shower upon arrival. We had a larger bug the first night in the bathtub/shower. On the 2nd day we were there, one of my friends was showering & a very large bug we think cockroach, somehow entered her shower. It was dead. The water wasn’t draining & it floated around with her. The maintenance was there to help fix the TV & he sprayed & we did not have any other problems. He was very kind & fixed the drain as well. Overall great place."

"The stay - Big beautiful roomy house. The pool was perfect for our needs. My only complaint would be the grill. We planned on grilling alot but couldn't because the grill is outdated and the burners are shot."

"This house was big and clean. It had a great common area/living room upstairs. Right near the beach. - The beach is only a walk of 2 to 3 blocks away. The house is large and clean. The master suite is huge. The other bedrooms are smaller but the shared bathroom downstairs has a huge tub. Theres a 3rd bathroom in the laundry area upstairs. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was clean. The owners were very easy to communicate with. We had a great stay."

"Great Place - Just as pictured! We loved the house. It was clean and tidy. The washer and dryer didn't really work well but otherwise I loved it. The pool area is smaller than expected but, again, we still enjoyed it. That being said, that area could use a little TLC. And the beach cart needs to be replaced (missing a wheel and torn up) but there were plenty of chairs, even if they were worse for the wear. We rented an extra chair and two umbrellas. I was disappointed in the prior guests who felt that it was OK to just chuck all the beach toys/accessories into the outdoor storage area. That room/storage space was messy and sandy. When we left we wiped all the sand off the chairs and stacked them nicely for the next guests. I would definitely return!"

"Great place to stay - We loved staying here! There was plenty of room, the house was clean, and it was a quick walk to the beach across the street. The property manager was GREAT. Anytime we needed anything, she was quick to respond. A big storm had blown through right before we arrived, and it left lots of debris in the pool. We were going to try to clean it out ourselves, but it was just too much. The property manager sent someone right away to clean out the pool for us. I couldn't believe how quickly they helped us out! We would go back."

The property does have 3 flights of stairs from entry/pool area to the top floor living area, so keep that in mind if you have a group where that would be a concern. Pool and outdoor space was amazing!"

The pool was always warm and we enjoyed time there every day. The walk to the beach was close and the construction workers on Estero were always courteous to us with the craziness of the work that was being done on the road. The bedroom closets were amazingly large and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the front porch and the upstairs screened porch. The trolley on the beach will take you anywhere you desire and is readily available. We would highly recommend Key Lime Villa and Sun Palace Vacations."
