Continue through the laundry room and you will find a beautiful, private suite. The Primary suite has a King size bed, ensuite full bathroom, and sitting area. The sitting area has a pull out sofa for additional sleeping.
Take the steps, located by the pool, to the second level and enter the beautiful sun porch. Large sliding glass doors open to let the Gulf breeze in and provide you with elevated views of the canal below. One can often see dolphins swimming through the canal below as this home is only three properties off of Estero Bay. Here in the sun porch you will find a large dining table and a trundle bed for additional sleeping for two people. The sun porch opens into the living room and open kitchen.
The living room has plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV making it a great place to hang out together for family game nights or just catching up after a day of sun and fun. The kitchen has beautiful wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

Heading down the hallway from the great room you will find the guest bedroom off to the left. This bedroom has two queen beds and a flat screen TV. Beside this bedroom is a newly remodeled full bath with walk-in shower. Across the hallway from the bathroom you will find a full size washer and dryer.
Continue down the hall and you will find the Primary bedroom. This room has a king size bed, TV, and full ensuite bath. This bathroom has a tub/shower for families with little ones or just to relax after a great day in the sun.
Your oasis in paradise is waiting in the back of the house. Here you will find a private, heated salt water pool. The pool offers a fantastic in-water sitting deck which is perfect for playing with little ones in the pool or just to enjoy the Florida sunshine without getting too hot. The pool offers an amazing view of Estero Bay. The pool area also has plenty of pool loungers, a dining table, and a grill for you to use.
For your convenience, Kokomo has cable television and wireless internet. You will also find a hair dryer in each bathroom.
