Welcome to Miramar Palms. This 3-bed 2.5 bath home is the epitome of “Old Florida Charm” with contemporary comfort and style. Finishing off the open floor plan is a dining table that seats up to 6 guests, laundry room, and a half bath. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite with a walk-in shower. There is also another bedroom on this side of the house with a queen bed. There is an additional bedroom on the opposite side of the house that has a king bed, full size sleeper sofa, and access to the pool area. Area Activities: Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! "We originally booked a different house, but they pulled out of using SunPalace so we had to change. They were very accommodating and allowed us to choose a new place with the same amenities and location. The place was great for 3 girls as we each had our own room. The pool is small, but it was perfect for us. We didn't need anything bigger. The hot tub didn't have any heat. We messaged Sun Palace and they offered to come fix, but we decided we didn't need it since we were only there for a long weekend. The distance to the beach was perfect! We walked down the street and beach access was right across the road. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Everything in the house was clean and was newly renovated, I'm guessing due to Ian. We all definitely said we would stay there again."

"This beautiful beach house has all the comforts of home! The pool and hot tub added to our options for places to relax after several days at the beach. We loved having Mojoe’s and Goodz ice cream just a short walk away. Everything we needed to enjoy the beautiful beach was provided, including beach towels, chairs, a wagon, a cabana and rafts! The propane grill and stackable washer/dryer combo were bonuses that added to our stay! Everything was spotless and in perfect working order. Just can’t recommend this beautiful beach house enough!"

The hot tub was kept at a temperature too hot for our liking and we had no control over it. It also kept flipping the circuit. Overall, I would recommend staying there. "

"Perfect for 3 Couples - We had a great stay during our recent trip. The home seemed as it had never been used. We had 2 couples that joined us, and there was plenty of room for all 6 of us. The pool didn't get used too much, but the hot tub was perfect because Florida was a tad chilly. Location was great, not too far of a walk from Time Square area. Would definitely stay again."

"This was our first time coming to the area and we were a little concerned as many of the local restaurants and stores had been destroyed in the hurricane. I reached out to the host and they assured me that the area had been rebuilding and there were plenty of open restaurants, food stores, etc close by. We arrived at the house which was beautiful!! Got in with the code which was provided prior to arrival- super easy. The home- wow so clean and the layout was just perfect for us. Great kitchen and dining area to eat as a family but the most amazing part was the back screened in area where the pool (perfect size) hot tub which was top notch and the bbq which made this the main area for us. The cherry on top was the location- walkable to the beach and all the restaurants, ice cream stands etc. so cute!There’s also a shed with all the beach equipment you could need that you can wheel down the block! Outdoor shower to clean off before coming back in as well. Highly recommend! thank you!"
