Sandy Breeze is a charming 3-bedroom canal front home with a fantastic pool, patio, and dock. Entering the home, guests are greeted with a cozy living area and dining space. Complete with a large flat screen TV and wall to wall sliding glass doors. Light filters into this space to make the area feel welcoming. A beautiful kitchen is tucked around the corner and features lots of counter space and stainless-steel appliances. A laundry area is off the kitchen. Unwind in the primary bedroom featuring a king bed and en suite with walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom features a queen and twin bed with TV while the second guest bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed. A guest bathroom is in the hall and offers a tub/shower combo. Sandy Breeze is the perfect home for families of all sizes, plan your visit today.

Area Activities:
Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. "We are SWFL natives and book a week at FMB every year. Upon arrival, the pool had some algae residue. Once I reached out to Sun Palace, they took care of the issue immediately. The back room was a bit too hot to sleep in, however, I anticipated that due to prior comments. Overall, the location was great! My kids loved fishing from the canal and the sunset view cannot be beat! Great home for the value."

"My family and I just left this beautiful house! It was a short easy walk to and from the beach! The house had all kinds of amenities the kids loved the pool! We were so thankful for the beach chairs so we didn’t have to travel with our own! We will definitely be back! Fort Myers is going through some construction but the low crowds in the middle of July and the no wait at restaurants was perfect!"

"Overall, we enjoyed the house; it was clean inside when we arrived. However, the outside appeared as if it had not been attended to in quite some time. The pool was dirty and the filter system wasn't running. We called about it when we arrived on Saturday, but no one came to clean it and turn on the system until Monday. The grass was high and wasn't cut until Friday (day before our stay ended.)"

The house is cute, has everything you might need, great pool, walkable to the beach, restaurants are a little further. Also, it is not easy to keep pet friendly accommodations clean but they nailed it. We very much enjoyed our stay!"

"Sandy breeze was a wonderful home to stay for our family vacation. It is newly remodeled and very clean. The outdoor space is lovely sitting right on the canal. The pool is heated and the kids (and adults!) loved swimming in it. When you exit the driveway you can see the ocean and it is as described about a 6 minute walk to the beach. Super close. They do provide a cart with beach towels and chairs which was nice. Sun Palace was very responsive and helped us with some wifi issues we had when we first arrived. Everything was resolved within an hr. We had a lovely time here."
