"Beautiful home with a perfect location. Responsive host. The pool was perfect as well. Only hiccup was the kitchen garbage bags, TP and paper towels were out of stock. We were not sure if we were to supply them?"

"This house was perfect for our 3 kids and their spouses ....4 king sized bedrooms with their own bathroom......kitchen beautifully furnished.....and the pool was gorgeous!! We appreciated the wagons and water toys for beach!!!"

"Overall the house was fantastic! Cute interior with comfortable beds and an awesome pool. The only issue that I found was ants making their way into the master bathroom and bringing sand inside to build a home by the shower."

"Very nice and clean house! Loved the lay out and how close it was to the beach! Very private and quiet beach area! So fun being in the warm gulf and the pool was very clean and so fun w the cool light! One suggestion would be to have Kuerig machine. We used the coffee pot and it worked out well. The master bed was not comfy but every other bed was very comfortable! We had an awesome vacation! Loved staying at this house!"

"Everything was clean and fresh. Very short walk to the beach. Perfect location a short distance away from the main bustle of Ft Meyers. We enjoyed everything about the property and location.
The only thing I didn't like was the customer portal thing. It sucked to have to set up an account on their website after booking to read a long contract, sign all the documents, and then have to continuously log into it during my stay to see any info about the property (such as internet name and password, etc).
Other than that, everything else was great."

"The four of us ladies could not had been happier with this gorgeous home. The pool area was superb as well as the inside of the the home. Any time if I had a question it was answered promptly. I would reccommend to anyone to rent this home and do not hesitate. It is far enough away from the action yet close enough to drive or even walk. We did figure out that during the week if you want to rent one umbrella and 2 chairs at Diamond Head it is free to park on their lot during the week and $40 for the rental. Weekends it is $20 anywhere to park.
Publix is literally right down the street and there is an awesome outside restaurant called "Junkanoo" in the same parking lot but beyond it where the marina is located. If you want to go to a nicer place with delicious sea food options, it is called "Deep Lagoon" about a 20 minute drive. Enjoy the beach and give back to Fort Myers Beach :-)"

"Loved the property. Pool area shaded until noon was a little disappointing - learned to walk to beach for first half of day - so ended up working out great. Neighbors behind property had some pretty loud kids that screamed and carried on in their pool - ALL DAY and EVENING. I did not complain as everyone deserves fun on vacation."

"This house was perfect! All four bedrooms had King beds, TVs and their own bathroom. Lots of privacy for everyone. The house was new, beautiful, clean and so well laid out. Pool was gorgeous and the beach was a two minute walk. House was close enough to the beach to walk back and forth to grab cold drinks or use the facilities. We will definitely be back."

"Tranquil Daze is brand new and spectacular. Directly across the street from the beach. We stayed for a month and wish it could have been longer. Pool is fantastic and the layout of the house is fantastic. Beds very comfy and ample towels, etc. great for a family. Our kids and grandkids came down during our stay and had a blast."

"I would have given the house we stayed in a 4.5 star if that was available. It was a beautiful house. Every room had a bathroom, the pool was clean, there were plenty of towels, a wagon with beach chairs, and a 3 min walk to the beach. Couple downfalls: I think with this being a new build, the house settled a bit and the doors don't latch closed so you have to lock the doors every time you go in and out or it will swing wide open. There weren't any pool toys, board games, deck of cards - nothing like that that we are used to having available at VRBOs that we stay at. We also didn't have cleaning supplies so we had to go and purchase some. Regardless, we would absolutely stay at this location again and book through Sun Place Vacations."
