Welcome to the Beach House, a fully renovated two-level canal-front retreat offering four bedrooms and three bathrooms, perfect for families or groups of friends. This private oasis features a heated swimming pool with spill-over spa, a fenced backyard, lush tropical landscaping, and a covered boat house with dock—just minutes from Estero Boulevard and the new Margaritaville Resort. Located in the heart of Fort Myers Beach’s Times Square, you’re within walking or biking distance of sugar-white beaches, shops, restaurants, and endless water activities including parasailing, jet skiing, and fishing charters.
The upper level is accessed via a furnished deck and opens to a bright, beachy/nautical living space with wood floors, an L-shaped sofa with queen sleeper, accent chairs, large flat-screen TV, and a dining area for six. The gourmet kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a large island with seating, and a farmhouse-style sink—perfect for preparing full-course meals. The master suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bath with tiled walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom also offers a King bed and adjacent bathroom.
The lower level provides a separate two-bedroom, Both King Beds one-bath accommodation with a full kitchen, living area with pull-out sofa, and French doors opening to the pavered pool deck. Enjoy the covered lanai, built-in gas grill, and outdoor shower in complete privacy.
*Please note: This home is not wheelchair accessible and does not have an elevator. Access to the upper level requires the use of stairs.*

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away!

"Overall the stay was excellent. The house is beautiful, the outdoor decks and pool are wonderful, so much seating out on the lower and upper decks. The house was clean. The kitchen in both upper and lower houses were amazing. The house is located walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. It’s a great location. We had a fantastic time."
