Located in the heart of Fort Myers Beach’s Times Square, you’re within walking or biking distance of sugar-white beaches, shops, restaurants, and endless water activities including parasailing, jet skiing, and fishing charters.

The upper level is accessed via a furnished deck and opens to a bright, beachy/nautical living space with wood floors, an L-shaped sofa with queen sleeper, accent chairs, large flat-screen TV, and a dining area for six. The gourmet kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a large island with seating, and a farmhouse-style sink—perfect for preparing full-course meals. The master suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bath with tiled walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom also offers a King bed and adjacent bathroom.

The lower level provides a separate two-bedroom, Both King Beds one-bath accommodation with a full kitchen, living area with pull-out sofa, and French doors opening to the pavered pool deck. Enjoy the covered lanai, built-in gas grill, and outdoor shower in complete privacy.
