Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. "This place was a great spot for our large family to stay for the week. From young to old, everyone had something they enjoyed. The view was great- a 2 minute walk to the beach which was great for young kids and anyone who needed to get out of the sun. The patio area has a great balance of sun and shade areas throughout the day for any age.Teenagers playing bags or sitting in the hot tub was was a common spot of interests and the bathroom by the pool avoided the need to run inside to miss action. Comfortable for 12 of any age. This became the central spot for family staying elsewhere each day. Thank you for letting us stay in your home- you built a great spot and hope we can make it back again. "

"Beautiful home with a stunning ocean view. Very clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated. One thing to note is that traffic is heavy during peak times, which makes getting around the island slow by car. Kitchen supplies were limited to four garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, and one pack of dishwasher detergent, and the salt and pepper shakers were empty, which was slightly surprising. We also experienced an issue with the hot tub jets not working; although I called to request assistance, the issue was never resolved. Additionally, the ice maker is very small, which made it challenging for a larger group. Luckily, Publix is close by, making it easy to purchase any missing items. Overall, it was still a lovely stay."

"We enjoyed our stay in FMB. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The access to the beach was awesome. The pool area was our favorite with the large TV to watch football and enjoy the outdoors. The house does sit on a busier road so traffic can be a little loud. Overall we really enjoyed our stay."

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Fort Myers Beach. The house felt almost brand-new—modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with every amenity we could ask for. From the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable furnishings, everything was top-notch and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect: tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood just steps from the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying morning walks along the shore was a dream. It was the ideal setting for a relaxing getaway. One small suggestion would be to add a sink to the patio area, which would make outdoor dining and cleanup even more convenient. Also, the placement of the grill could be improved for easier access and better flow. That said, these were minor details in an otherwise excellent experience. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene beach escape with all the comforts of a modern home. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"

"Home was perfect! Bedrooms are all great sizes with beautiful bathrooms. It was nice having laundry on top and middle floors. Pool area and game garage were very nice to have. Only complaint would be the lack of supplies. There was 1 garbage bag, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dishwasher tab, 1 laundry detergent, etc. As a home that allows up to 12 people all of that is gone in the first day or two."

"Our recent stay at the Anchors Down House in Fort Myers Beach was nothing short of spectacular! This beachfront gem made our family vacation truly unforgettable. The highlight for our kids was the fantastic outdoor pool and hot tub—they practically lived on the pool deck, splashing and laughing all day long. It was the perfect spot for them to burn off energy while we relaxed nearby. The views from the master bedroom and kitchen were absolutely breathtaking, especially during the vibrant Florida sunsets. Watching the sky light up over the ocean was a daily treat that never got old. The house itself was impeccably equipped with everything we needed for a seamless beach getaway—towels, beach gear, kitchen essentials, you name it. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. We only wish we could have stayed longer to soak in more of this paradise!
