"My family of five had a wonderful stay here from 3/30/25 to 4/6/25. We truly loved the house and would absolutely rent it again! Here's a detailed review of our experience: The home is beautifully updated and was very clean upon arrival. The location is amazing—close to everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the pool area was a big hit. While there wasn’t a ton of space for extra loungers, it still worked perfectly for our group. We appreciated the abundance of plush bath and beach towels. One of my favorite spots was the lanai off the master bedroom—perfect for morning reading. The house was stocked with books, games, and cards, which was a nice touch. There were also three beach chairs (two adult-sized, one child), an umbrella, and a floaty. While we knew in advance there might not be a wagon, having one would’ve been helpful. A couple of small things to note: The water pressure in the master shower was quite low—it took several minutes to rinse shampoo from my thick, curly hair. I can’t speak to the other bathroom, as I didn’t use it. We did run into some initial confusion at check-in. The garage code we were given didn’t work, and there are two garages on the property (the one for renters is the bayside-facing garage). We also weren’t sure how to access the floor level at first, but eventually found the correct keys in the lockbox. Online photos showed this area as furnished, but it was completely empty during our stay. That wasn’t a problem for us, as the main living area was spacious and comfortable. The washer and dryer are located in the garage, which we finally found, and the door leading from the lower level to the pool had a broken lock. Fortunately, staff responded quickly—thank you, Leo! There was some confusion about whether we were supposed to access the floor level at all, but since that’s where the laundry, garage, and trash/recycling bins are located, it seemed necessary. One other small mix-up—I thought the listing mentioned a foosball table, but there wasn’t one. The outdoor dining area next to the grill was great, although the lights and fans weren’t working at first. Again, staff came the next day and resolved the issue by flipping a switch in the locked garage. Overall, we had a great experience. Communication from Sun Palace was good, but clearer instructions about keys, garage access, and home layout would’ve made arrival smoother. Still, we loved our stay and would happily return! "
