Welcome to Bel-Air Beach Club Penthouse#503. This two-bedroom two bath condo features gulf views, screened lanai, and open floor plan. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect spot to whip up a delicious meal. While the dining and living areas both offer gulf views. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and an attached bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted to king upon arrival. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room to allow up to 6 guests to sleep comfortably. The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. The screened in lanai off the living room has a small bistro table perfect to starting your day with coffee or ending the day with your favorite libation. Bel-Air Beach Club is a six-story condo complex located on the North end of Fort Myers Beach with a prime beach front location. A community pool is a perfect spot to cool off at. Times Square with several restaurants and entertainment to choose from is a block away. Take a nice stroll to Bowditch Point Park, less than a mile away, and collect shells along the way.
Area Activities:
Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. "The location was wonderful! The condo had beautiful views! It was well stocked and looked just like the photos! With only 20 units in the building we never waited on the only elevator! All other residents and/or renters were very kind and welcoming! AC worked great! Sun Palace was very responsive and proactive with check in and check out details. Easy instructions. "Unit was better than the pictures, fort meyers is still recovering from Ian, but building and unit are in great shape. Beach is beautiful, calm waters, excellent for small children and just easy swimming, Watching the birds dive for fish and walking the shore, just so relaxing. Great location, easy walk to restaurants and shops, would definitely recommend. "

They send you all the information you need for your time in their condo. This was the easiest check-in and check-out I have ever had. Simple and easy. The condo was clean and well-equipped. "Penthouse condo was as pictured in photos. It was a little confusing which door to access on arrival but a tenant helped out & where to get a luggage rack. Location was great with designated parking and shared amenities like grills & lunch tables on covered deck. Pool is very small compared to picture but we didn't really use it. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well but a fan is necessary at night due to lack of strong ventilation in master bedroom. No food or pantry staples on hand but it has ample cookware and dishes. Lots of beach towels which was greatly appreciated. The ice maker/freezer seemed to be impaired, so it may be time for a replacement. I liked the location a lot but was sad to see no fishing pier since Ian and still a lot of construction on roads around Times Square. I hope to return soon & rent again!"

"Perfect location! A super short walk to town and the beach is just steps away. We spent so much time on the screened in balcony. Overall the space was clean, however there was dirty bedding on one of the beds and we never received the new clean bedding we requested. Luckily there was a washer and dryer in the room and a small amount of detergent provided. The response time from the host through Airbnb was very slow at most times. We were granted a late checkout for a fee, which was great since we had a late flight. Overall, this was a nice place to stay and I would recommend!"

"Spacious, Clean & Close to the Beach - My family and I had a short trip here in Fort Myers beach and this place did not disappoint. We were right on the beach and a short walk to restaurants, shops & ice cream. My only complaint is the bedrooms were a lot warmer than the living area. Seems the AC did not have good flow to the back of the condo (we are hot sleepers) but still had a great time."

"Sun Palace was easy to work with with and had all of the information I needed to me ahead of time. One thing I missed was the login page they sent ahead of my stay, which had most of the details I was needing upon arrival (such as parking). But all of the information was there.
