Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. "I would highly recommend this property. We had a party of 14 and the house easily accommodated our large party. The house is a short walk from the beach and is also a short walk from local restaurants and attractions. It has all of the major appliances and plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. It has the largest TV in the living room that I have ever seen in my lifetime. There are TV's all over the house including in the Master Bathroom and an outdoor TV next to the Pool. Numerous "beach" items including wagons, chairs, floats, etc. were also supplied."

"I would highly recommend this property. We had 14 guests and the property easily accommodated our large party. The property is a short walk from the beach and also a short walk from restaurants and other entertainment. Property contains largest TV I have ever seen in Living Room areas and also contains numerous other TV's including a TV in the master bathroom and outside near the pool. Property also contains all major appliances including 2 coffee makers. It also has plenty of dishes, glassware, silverware, etc. Property also provides 2 wagons to transport items to beach and numerous beach items such as chairs, floats, etc."

"I have stayed at many VRBO’s….. This place was special. Located exactly where you want to be in Fort Meyers Beach. Kitchen had every pan, pot, utensil you could ever need to cook a gourmet meal. Plenty of leisure space. Pool was clean and at ideal temp. Plenty of outside chairs and lounges..The host and the rental team were easily accessible. One note….. if bringing your boat…. Water behind house gets very skinny at low tide."

"The Black Pearl is a gorgeous house, with tons of room for everybody! SunPalace was very receptive to any complaints that we encountered, and offered to fix anything we needed to make our stay wonderful! The only issue we had that was not entirely fixed was the A/C in the third floor. It just would not go below 75*-76* the entire time. They had somebody come out to fix it, but that did not help, and there ended up being a water leak in the master closet from the attic. We still gave this place five stars, though, as our experience was just awesome, and we will not hesitate to stay there again in the future!"

"Beautiful beach house - Overall this property was so beautiful and elegant. We had one day with a couple hours of no power, but that was the entire block and beyond anyone’s control. House stayed cool either way. My only complaint is the master bedroom windows, if you want to walk out of the bathroom in the buff at night, do it if you want the world to see you. For me, that’s my only complaint. I’m fluffy so I kept it all in the bathroom. The house is big, pool was wonderful. Any issues were handled immediately by owner. Our family loved this house and we’ll be booking again next year. It was sad to say goodbye for now. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house!"

"What a perfect beach house! House looks exactly as pictured and it’s amazingly spotless. Huge props to the cleaners considering how massive the space is. The FMB area is rebuilding very nicely, which is great because this house is walkable to all the restaurants, bars and the beach. Loved how private the house and pool felt despite being in the middle of all the action. You really do get the best of both worlds with this home. The host was ultra responsive and flexible with our check in/out. We couldn’t ask for more except we all wished we booked a longer stay because of how spectacular the home was. Amazing hosts and an even more amazing stay!"

"Black Pearl was amazing, and Fort Myers Beach was the perfect place for my nephew to propose to his girlfriend. Plenty of room for all the extended family and so close to the beach, Margaritaville and Times Square. Pelicans fishing and a manatee and her baby hanging by the dock were so fun to watch. The colorful lights in the pool and outdoor tv were also a big hit."

"Spring Break - Nothing better than a beach trip! Beautiful home! Perfect placement to walk to shops & restaurants which was good since traffic on Estero was ridiculous! We never wanted to get in the car due to traffic. House was almost too spacious! Lol - not a negative, however, everyone had such a large private bedroom that we seldom saw the kids & grandkids in a common area unless it was the pool or beach. Tile floors are expected in a beach home but more rugs would soften the echo in the large home & be easier on the feet. Cooking dinner for a group this large was difficult. Although there was plenty of cookwear there were not enough large skillets. An electric griddle would have made breakfast a lot faster! Would definitely return & hopefully invest in a boat rental since there is a dock!"
