Welcome to Bluewaters Beach House. This 3 bed 3 bath home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. Located mid-island in Fort Myers Beach the beach access is a short walk from the home. Decorated in a modern coastal design, this home will have you relaxing as soon as you enter. The open floor plan allows guests to socialize easily no matter that they are doing. The beautiful wood hues of the kitchen mixed with stainless steel appliances bring warmth into the home. Plenty of seating for meals can be found inside and out with a breakfast nook, dining table, kitchen island, and lastly a large outdoor table on the patio. There is a full bathroom on the main level just off the living room. Upstairs there are all three bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Venturing outdoors guests will find another bathroom for the pool which has a shower and hooks to hang up towels and swimsuits. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. "This is an ideal home for two families of four. The kitchen is well-equipped with various amenities, including a blender and waffle maker. The pool is also impressive, although it can sometimes be a bit too warm. During our stay, the pool attendant visited us and was very friendly. Sun Palace was also always responsive to our inquiries. The garage was also fully stocked with any and everything you’d need for a beach day! Chairs, wagons, baby stroller, floats, and sand toys. They also had various baby items (high chair and pack n play.) We also loved having laundry on site as when we got home we just had to unpack our bags with no dirty laundry.
However, there was one minor issue with the patio furniture. It was literally rusting away and crumbling to the point where it was unsafe to sit on. I contacted Sun Palace about this, and they informed me that they would notify the homeowners, as it’s a tetanus shot waiting to happen."

"It was absolutely beautiful. It fit 6 adults and 1 child perfectly. They had everything you needed when traveling with a toddler. The pool was perfect and had a bunch of floats, the garage was stocked with coolers and wagons to pull across the beach. The beach access was very easy and quick walk down the street. We watched every single sunset on the beach. The house was perfectly set up, clean and decorated beautifully.. the dishwasher was an extreme PLUS! lol Everything was amazing and would highly recommend the stay. "Perfect distance from the beach. The place is affordable and clean! We had a small issue getting a ceiling fan in the bedroom to work and maintenance was out there to fix within an hour!
The beach house was comfortable for the 4 of us girls, but would be tight if there were more. The pool was great!
It is located within a mile of Margaritaville resort and we had great dinners located nearby. A lot of renovations nearby are still happening from the hurricane but we did not feel affected by it. I would stay here again!"

We loved the outdoor pool and the outdoor full bath! The house was clean and perfect for the 4 of us girls. It may have been tight space with more than 4 adults. We had a small issue with turning on the ceiling fan in the master bedroom and maintenance was out without an hour- on a Saturday! Great service! Our door code didn’t work when we arrived, but luckily the office staff was available to help. The WiFi didn’t work the first 24 hours, even after unplugging the TP Link routers. The toilet on the upper level made a high pitch noise lasting a few seconds after being flushed."

"We fully enjoyed our vacation at 114 Voorhis St! The house was very nice and clean and so accommodating. We had 2 families there and never felt cramped. 4 adults and 6 kids! The pool was wonderful!! "Great location - Clean and cute with a great location. Lots of appliances. The only downside was the air conditioning could not keep up with the heat. Living room got up to 85 during the day and bedrooms were warm at night. The said they sent someone to look at it but nothing changed, not sure if anyone even came out. Lots of good beach stuff (missing umbrella) great coolers, chairs and bikes. Host was very responsive but a bit stingy with items like trash bags, paper towels, soaps and other things you might expect for the price. We enjoyed it and do not regret the stay, but would not stay again."

"Fantastic little place, great pool - We loved staying here. It was very comfortable, had a great pool and back patio, and was just a short walk to an uncrowded spot on the beach. Fun decor and inviting space with everything we needed. The master is packed in with the other two bedrooms, none of which are big, but all were comfortable. We slept well and enjoyed our time there. Would for sure book again."
