The house looks exactly like the pictures, the beds were very comfortable and the hosts were super friendly and always responsive. "This place was perfect for our family of 5! With two hot water tanks we had enough hot water for all our showers. The pool and hot tub were amazing and perfect after a hot day out and about doing activities. We could have used more comfortable seating indoors but since we spent such little time inside it really didn't matter. Definitely will be booking this location again if we get the opportunity to visit Fort Myers in the future."

"Great spot! The house had everything we needed for a long weekend pool/beach family trip! Short walk to the beach and house had a wagon and a stroller— very helpful for families with littles! They had a fully stocked kitchen and beach towels! The beds were comfortable and we had so much fun in the pool. The pool has a nice shallow area perfect for littles (we have a one and three year old) to play in. We picked this house for my mom with mobility issues. They do have one large step to get into the house but after that very easy for someone with a walker to navigate."

The house itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for families or groups, with four comfortable bedrooms that provided plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Every space felt thoughtfully designed, welcoming, and spotlessly clean, which immediately set the tone for a wonderful vacation.One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor area. The pool and hot tub were fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both daytime lounging and relaxing evenings after the beach. It truly felt like a private oasis. Having these amenities made our stay feel luxurious and gave us the option to enjoy the outdoors without even leaving the property.The full kitchen was another standout feature. It was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, whether it was a quick breakfast before heading out or a full family dinner. Having a kitchen this functional made our stay incredibly convenient and comfortable, especially for a longer visit.The location of the house is excellent. "Indiana to Florida was a needed escape! Many properties available in the area given the hurricane recovery. I knew this was the one and We stayed for 4 days and wished it was 4 weeks! The outdoor space was even better than I imagined. Amazing pool and jacuzzi which I couldn’t get my kids to leave to go to the beach lol. Beach was <2 min walk. Morning beach walks for the win. Outdoor lounge and tv for all the sports viewing. No need to leave the property seriously . giant outdoor table for family meals.Yeah we just hit the publix grocery nearby and cooked in a fully stocked kitchen.The grill has succumbed to ocean air and previous guest abuse. Doesn’t work. I’m sure they will replace/fix soon. 4 bikes we cruised around. Lots of beach gear plus beach towels not emphasized on listing. Ceiling fans and AC made it . Nice showers and everything feels modern and new. Bedding is average. No biggie

The only thing was the construction to get inside the beach and we had a little issue with the refrigerator that wasn’t working but they were able to provide a partial refund for the inconvenience but this house is really great"

"This was our first Airbnb stay and this place set the standards! Beautiful home every piece of furniture, from the living room, to the patio, to the dining room was so very comfortable. It may look small from the outside but inside is a whole other feeling of space. Not only was there a tv in every room but even in the patio/pool area which was a perfect way to relax in the nice water while watching some good family movies. Location is also perfect! "Beautiful house - We had a great stay in this house. Newly updated with 4 bedrooms. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. 2 full bathrooms were small but updated and nice and we loved having the outdoor shower to use. Were able to do some cooking in the kitchen- finding everything we needed. We were a quick/short walk to the beach so great location and saw some beautiful sunsets. Loved having the bikes and rode around the cute neighborhood. Unfortunately, Fort Meyers Beach is still very much rebuilding and under construction and we weren’t aware it was to that degree three years after the hurricane that hit. Also the gulf water there is not clear blue, which we also didn’t know."

"The house was clean and the pool was well maintained. There are plenty of kitchen supplies but, no kitchen towels. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels supplied. Even a washer drier for use as well. There was also a wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a cooler bag. All perfect for the short walk to the beach. Beach is on the quieter side which was lovely. The pool was so refreshing in the warm afternoon and it even had a spa for the evenings. We had one issue with the refrigerator breaking and they brought us a cooler and mini fridge within 24 hours. Would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone who wants to be close to the beach but further away from the party/tourist area of downtown Fort Meyers Beach."

"this was our first airbnb experience and it was great! fort meyers beach is still rebuilding but there was still so much to do and places to see and eat at. there's a historic park down at the end of the road. literally the only con and that wasn't anyone's fault was the mosquitos but repellent seemed to help and we bought some candles for the pool area. not many in the pool area at all just more of a precaution. has all the supplies needed for the beach and very walkable take like 3 minutes. definitely want to stay again. loved the kitchen and how stocked it was too."

Only thing the pictures don’t depict are the bathrooms are quite small, but they’re usable just tight for getting dressed etc. Kitchen was well stocked, the smoker and flat top were nice we wished we had a regular grill too but no complaints. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The outdoor space was excellent, and everyone found the beds to be very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated the coffee that was provided.
However, working with Sun Palace, the property management firm, was a mixed experience. They successfully brought our Instacart groceries into the house, but they failed to send us the access code for entry and do not respond outside of business hours except for emergencies. Additionally, they only provide 2 garbage bags."

"Girls weekend - Nice newly renovated home that easily accommodated 6 of us with all the necessary amenities. Some games or magazines would be great. We had some challenges with the pool /hot tub as the pool person came in the middle of our weekend stay and we needed to stay out of the water for a few hours which was inconvenient but otherwise all was great and Kathy even accommodate"

"My family and I stayed at Changes in Latitude in August 2024 just 2 days after Hurricane Debby and will be going back for sure! The house is beautiful, beds are comfy, kitchen has everything you could need, the enclosed pool & back hangout area are the perfect addition to your vacation. Wagon, chairs, beach towels, and umbrella provided making beach going a breeze with only a short walk to Beach Access #22! Close proximity to local restaurants and grocery stores. The only downfall we experienced was the master bedroom side of the house was warmer than the other, but ceiling fans helped! Local rebuild from Hurricane Ian in 2022 is still occurring, but that’s why we wanted to support such a beautiful area! FMB is our new vacation destination ❤️"
