Area Activities:
Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. "We loved this duplex! The pool, hot tub, closeness to the beach. Had a fabulous time! One thing we missed was a blanket or two extra for the couch. There were only 2 extra blankets in guest bedroom and our girls slept with those. Very clean and cute! Thank you"

"Coconut Villa was comfortable (good temp, comfortable beds) and in a great location near the beach, groceries, etc. It was nice to have the wagon and beach chairs/floaties since we flew down to Florida and did not have that equipment. The shower design is pretty, but leaks water onto the bathroom floor. "

"Hello,
We had some challenges in the beginning with the AC working, TVs working, and the sweeper did not have a battery. AC was fixed quickly. TV was kind of disappointing given the roku needed a pin to download new apps. I had to hard reset the roku and utilize my own roku resources to download the youtubetv app in order to watch local tv (march madness). It was just an inconvenience. I would recommend getting the technology nailed down. As for the battery on sweeper it would have been nice to sweep up the sand in the place. We used the manual broom. Thanks, Amanda "

"Sun Palace was great to work with at this Madison Ct home. We had a wonderful time. The private backyard and pool area was great. It is shared with the nerving unit but has plenty of space to share. The pool has 3 tiers, which was perfect for my toddler. He loved the sun shelf area of the pool. The house was clean and cool upon arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed, except salt and pepper. The bedrooms had plenty of blanket and pillow options for all. Bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels in each. The only small request I would make in the future would be to have additional trash bags and paper towel rolls. When we’re staying for just a couple days it doesn’t make sense to have to buy entire boxes or bags of these items."

"The unit was very clean. Nice turtle theme. Amenities said there were no spices available but there was a new spice rack in the kitchen. Coffee maker was a K-cup., wasn't sure from the pictures. There was a nice grill but I had to buy a grill brush. The pool and hot tub were great and it was just a short walk to the beach. Restaurants were not very close with only one or two within walking distance. Traffic was very congested. Especially in the morning coming on the island and in the afternoon leaving the island."

"I loved staying at Coconut Villa “A”. The place is all remodeled and has a gorgeous pool and hot tub that lights up at night. During our stay it rained very hard for three days and we did loose power in the living room and bedroom due to an outlet outside getting wet and tripping the breaker. When the rain stopped we hit the switch and the power came back. Fort Myers beach has much rebuilding to do but besides the rain and flooding and construction going on around us this little house was perfect. Sun Palace was super responsive to our requests for a mop and sent over a person to look at our power problem after the storm passed. I would love to come back and stay here again!"

"New and Nice. While it seemed spartan, The place has everything. Great for a two or three person (small family) vacation. Short easy walk to the beach, nice pool and spa, and shaded porch to relax on. Baths are small but xclent showers. Kitchen small also, but who’s looking for a gourmet kitchen on vacation. You need to be technically savvy to watch live tv. I’d stay there again."
