Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. "5 Stars – Perfect Getaway!
We had an amazing stay at Coconut Villa! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful shoreline whenever we wanted. The home itself is super cozy, with all the comforts you could need. We especially loved the Nespresso machine—perfect for starting the day with a great cup of coffee. The pool and hot tub were absolute highlights. After a day at the beach, we enjoyed relaxing by the pool, and the hot tub was perfect for unwinding in the evenings. "Coconut Villa in Fort Myers Beach exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The villa is beautifully maintained, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing beach vacation. The private pool was a dream, and we loved having morning coffee on the lanai surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure our stay was seamless from start to finish. We’ve stayed in a number of vacation rentals, but this one truly stands out. Coconut Villa is a little slice of paradise—we're already planning our return trip!"

"Wonderful Stay just a block down the street was the beach, private location. Enjoyed being here! Spa was great and so was the pool. The owner put some thought into things. Extras like a wine opener, detergent for a couple loads of laundry and dish washer tabs. Also plenty of towels and washer and dryer. Very good stay."

"Wonderful two bed two bath. Pool with spa was very nice and used every day. The place had everything for the beach . Beach towel , umbrella chairs and a wagon to get the short half block to the beach. Kitchen well equipped with what we needed, even a coffee pot that took regular and kerig.
