Welcome to the newly renovated Cozy Cottage. This home provides privacy and space with a 2 bed 2 bath main house and a 1 bed 1 bath cottage directly behind the main house. It has a spacious open floor plan with all new furnishings throughout. A well-equipped kitchen, with a breakfast bar for your breakfast or lunch, cozy living room, and spacious dining area gives you all the comforts of home. Unwind with a king bed and ensuite in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. A sleeper sofa in the living room allows the main house to sleep 6. Venture outside to the beautiful pool that features a spill over spa and plenty of space to lounge in the sun. On the other side of the pool sits the guest cottage above the garage. Perfect for grand-parents or adult children, there is a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and full bath allowing up to 4 guests to sleep comfortably. Guests also have their own living space, microwave, and refrigerator. A washer and dryer are also available.

Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane.
