Welcome to the newly renovated Cozy Cottage. This home provides privacy and space with a 2 bed 2 bath main house and a 1 bed 1 bath cottage directly behind the main house. It has a spacious open floor plan with all new furnishings throughout. A well-equipped kitchen, with a breakfast bar for your breakfast or lunch, cozy living room, and spacious dining area gives you all the comforts of home. Unwind with a king bed and ensuite in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. A sleeper sofa in the living room allows the main house to sleep 6. Venture outside to the beautiful pool that features a spill over spa and plenty of space to lounge in the sun. On the other side of the pool sits the guest cottage above the garage. Perfect for grand-parents or adult children, there is a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and full bath allowing up to 4 guests to sleep comfortably. Guests also have their own living space, microwave, and refrigerator. A washer and dryer are also available.

Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. "We stayed on the weekend so the beach was accessible but we noticed Monday that there was construction on the path to the beach so we were just thankful we didnt stay during the week. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful, the small issue we had with accessing the guest house at first was quickly resolved with a phone call. Great communication. "

"Main house and the guest cottage were wonderful. One issue we had was that there were no dishes or coffee mugs in the guest house. The other issue was extremely low water pressure in the guest house kitchen. The location is as advertised - block and a half walk to the beach - really close! The view of the beach was terrific."

"This cozy cottage was everything we needed for our weekend stay. With its own pool which was the perfect temperature for us to enjoy, 5 minute walk to the beach, very close to the downtown. They provided plenty of towels for us. Everything was clean and ready for use.
The only negative thing about our stay was the bugs. I know it’s not their fault and out of their control. But they were vicious! I’d say bring bug repellent or these spiral bug repellers that you light up to keep them away.
Other than that, we had a great time and absolutely loved our stay. Thank you Sun Palace!"

"I booked my stay so that I could have a romantic and private beach house to stay in during the trip that I proposed to my girlfriend on our 6 year anniversary. This was the PERFECT spot and we are so grateful to have been able to stay here. It took us under 120 seconds to walk from the bottom of the steps of our cottage to the sand on the beach. So much beach stuff was provided and a big wagon to pull it all with. The pool was clean and refreshing and the location felt very private. There was a lot of construction in the area due to hurricane renovations and many of the restaurants were still in the rebuilding process. It’s a quick and easy drive into town, for example if you need to go to the bank. Sun Palace were very generous and kind hosts, the very cozy cottage was decorated and cleaned very well and they have an office very close by if you need to go in, but a phone call would surely suffice. Thank you so much for the great stay!"

"Charming house with a great setup in a convenient location. The deck was nice but unusable in the daytime due to no shade. We loved the pool, but it wasn’t filtering properly, and no one was sent out despite us calling multiple times and sending photos. The pool also lacked basic tools for cleaning, which became an issue after the storms—though a maintenance person eventually provided a net and brush.
The biggest issue was customer service. We arrived an hour early and had requested early check-in via voicemail and text. The door was not locked properly and open. So we called to share and ask if we could go in, Rochelle was rude and falsely claimed we hadn’t contacted anyone and told us we “knew the rules when we signed the agreement and we could not enter.” Other staff were kinder, but it was hard to reach anyone.
While we enjoyed the home and location, poor communication and unprofessional customer service (Rochelle) would make us hesitant to book with Sun Palace Vacations again."

"I was really looking forward to having a hot tub and found out when we got there that the owner took away the controls because of issues with previous guests so we could sit in the hot tub with pool temperature water and no jets. The management company was very responsive to this and worked it out with us. We ended up having a very enjoyable vacation. The location makes it really nice to come and go to/from the beach. Beach had lots of brown algae but it didn’t really affect us but some might not like it."

"This place worked well for our Girls trip- with 4 women. The best part was how short of a walk it was to the beach. It was closer than even the pictures looked.
The only thing to keep in mind is the bedroom situation. One bedroom is in the other building and none of us female women wanted to sleep alone over there.

"Spring vacation - I didn’t realize when I booked that the 3rd bedroom included an entire little apartment separated from main house. My adult son LOVED having his own space away from his sisters!Both areas were exceptionally clean and well maintained…which I LOVED! The property was even closer to the beach than I expected..so it only took us 5 min from door to water which was amazing! The only criticism I had was the hall closet door kept falling off track when opened and the pool was much smaller than portrayed in pictures but it was still nice and relaxing! We would most definitly return to this property! "

Pool was clean and warm. Sun Palace checked in with us after arrival to ensure we had no problems with check in or the house, which we appreciated. "Excellent location and really cozy - The title that describes this property definitely defines cozy. With your own private refreshing pool for after the beach. The side deck with bistro lights was perfect to cook on the grill and spend most of the nights there. The 2 units worked out perfectly for our large family with teenagers. They also provided beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to carry it all to the beach. The walk to the beach is nothing, few steps, cross the street and you're right there. Looking forward to go back to this same property."

"2 fantastic weeks, the property is fantastic, nice place just 2 minutes walking distance from the beach and 7 minutes with the car from supermarkt and downtown. Very friendly neabers and quite place. The property offer you everything you need. In any case the team of vacation place is nearby you can call them or drive 3 minutes to the office. JUST AMAZING THANK YOU SO MUCH."

"We overall enjoyed our stay because of the pool. The place needs etter pillows , blankets, skillets, router for wifi in3rd bedroom, blinds on both main doors- ( it's just glass door & can see right in!) privacy is lacking because of it. Lock system improvement in 3rd bedroom-too hard to unlock to get key out of lock box. The climate control was good and ceiling fans in all 3 rooms was good. Trash was there in 3 bins & smelled bad & we moved to street & city picked up 4 days later. Always nice to find extras like salt, pepper, garlic salt etc for cooking. There was nothing except coffee filters. They have older beach towels provide whichvwas nice . an old wagon was also there which was nice for beach A couple bikes & a lock would be really nice. Also found some beach balls & noodles for pool. Overall 3/5 . Wouldn't stay again for the price of $500/ night over spring break but loved the pool. Jakuzi wasn't hot or bubbly"
