Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. "This rental was the perfect long weekend getaway in the perfect location! Walkable right to the beach and restaurants. The included beach chairs and umbrella was greatly appreciated. I packed sand free beach towels as none are provided. Even though we were right off the Main Street, we heard nothing at night. Can’t wait to go back!"

"I’d like to start off saying we would definitely stay here again. With that being said, we have a couple of callouts.
- Some small instructions on the parking would have been nice. We saw a sign for 201 spot so it worked out, but there were no instructions given ahead of time.
- I saw this on a previous review and can confirm that the main beach chair was heavily rusted and may need replacing soon.
- We didn’t realize there was an early check in fee of $50. We were told after our booking was confirmed and we already paid. My booking even said 12pm check in, but when we called to inquire about the door code they said we needed to pay a separate fee. We were willing to pay, we just wish that was told to us before we requested the early check in.
Things we really enjoyed:
- quite literally steps from the beach, super convenient
- You can walk to all the best restaurants and bars, location was amazing.
- Two bathrooms, my boyfriend and I like our space!

"Conveniently located, you have the beach on one side and the restaurants and coffee shops on the other side. The main street is located right in front, but the noise level is very minimal if all the windows and doors are closed. You have your very own parking spot on the side of the building. You also have a couple of chairs and beach equipment that you can use. Very nice area for busy bodies but also for people that like to do nothing but sit on the beach all day. We had a great time and would go back in a heartbeat."

"Location is key ! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Beach is a 2 min walk with plenty of chair rentals if needed.
The host communicated very well with us are whole stay, check in code was on time and they checked in with us throughout the week to see if we needed anything and even wished was a Merry Christmas!

Although, there were instances where maintenance and housekeeping came unprompted, but when I communicated this with the host it was quickly resolved. "Great location! Right next to Lanai Kai , margaritaville a 2 min walk away , steps from the beautiful beach and best sunsets. Very clean , there were two instances I needed to contact the owner and was replied to the next day on both. No wifi but wasn’t a problem as all I wanted it for was to download a book which I just did under guest WiFi at margaritaville which is where we walked for coffee every morning and enjoyed on the rooftop. Super convenient location."
