The complex consists of three 12-story buildings with a total of 296 units, set on 10 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and pristine shoreline. About the Area:

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. "Great place to vacation. Beautiful gulf view from the balcony as well as towards the bay. The condo is perfect for 2 people and there were more amenities than listed, for example the unit came with a beach umbrella, beach towels and cooler. Fantastic beach to take long walks on, the pool was very nice and there is plenty of shade in the open areas in the lobby of all 3 buildings. Plenty of lounge chairs located around the 3 towers and having gas propane grills was a real plus. Traffic congestion is bad near the bridge, but the condo is on the south end of the island, and many stores are located are well before there."
