Family Beach House is a brand-new coastal retreat featuring elevated living spaces and designed with modern elegance and comfort in mind. The gourmet kitchen boasts a spacious island and custom cabinetry, perfect for enjoying meals at home and gathering with loved ones. Soak in expansive canal views from the balcony or head up to the third-floor cupola for breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf. A private dock offers easy access for jet skis, kayaks, or paddle boards. The home comfortably accommodates guests with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a fun kids’ room featuring two twin-over-full bunks that sleep up to six.

Area Activities:
Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for, check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse, which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. As local restaurants continue to reopen, you'll have lots of opportunities for entertainment and dining experiences. We're excited to welcome you back.

"We recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming house in Fort Myers Beach, and our experience was largely positive. The location was fabulous, just a short stroll to the beach, which was pristine and offered stunning sunset views. The area was very quiet and felt incredibly safe, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The house itself was impressive, with spacious rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. However, there were a few amenities that could have enhanced our stay. We found that the kitchen lacked some essential items, which led us to sharpen a few knives and even purchase a new coffee maker during our visit. Despite these minor inconveniences, we adapted quickly and still enjoyed cooking our meals. Overall, we had a fantastic time in Fort Myers Beach. The combination of the beautiful location, the quiet and safe environment, and the cozy house made for a memorable getaway. We would certainly consider revisiting this area in the future!"

"The house was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and also enjoyed the beautiful pool.The one thing I will say is the closets do not have any racks in any of the rooms. So there was no place to hang clothes. I’d definitely stay here again it was very relaxing."
