Welcome to your home away from home at Holiday Everyday, a brand new build, super cute 3 bedroom 3 bathroom with a pool. Enjoy grilling outside by the pool or under the porch with friends and family. The outdoor space will be one of your favorite things you love about this home. For your convenience, we have beach essentials for you to use that we keep stored in the garage. After a fun day outside watch a movie in the spacious living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and access to the screened balcony, guest bedroom 1 has a king bed, and guest bedroom 2 has a full over full bed with a twin trundle, making this home sleep 9 comfortably. Prepare a delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy that meal on your screen porch with lots of seating. Come start making lasting memories at Holiday Everyday.

Area Activities:
Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. As local restaurants continue to reopen, you'll have lots of opportunities for entertainment and dining experiences. We're excited to welcome you back.

"Great location - very close to the beach, accessible to all the restaurants but without the traffic. House was clean and exactly as advertised. We loved the pool and screened in porch. Not a criticism of this house per se but given my father’s limited mobility, we will look in the future for more handicapped accessible properties (e.g., seats in showers, pool railings, etc)."

"The house was very clean and wonderfully thought out with lots to do. It's in a great location where you are very close to the beach and about 1.5 miles from the main area of Ft. Myers. The house did have all of the things needed for the beach, including beach towels. The only thing that we did not have was any extra paper products (TP, paper towels)."

"The house was great. The downstairs with the pool and games worked out well. The only thing I would suggest is make sure how many beds you need. It says it sleeps nine, but that means four people are sleeping in the bunkbed. We had nine people, but they were not couples so we had to do some blowups."

"This house was absolutely stunning, exactly as pictured online. It was an easy walk to the beach, plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, wagon and cooler. The amenities made our beach vacation so easy. All we brought was food, speaker for music and pool floats. The pool was nice to have and the covered porch was wonderful to eat breakfast outside and watch sunrise. Highly recommend the location, it was quiet from the Town Square area but easy uber rides if you wanted to go down there."

"Due to a family emergency I had to cancel my vacation but my friends were able to use this house. They told me the experience was great with Sun Palace and the house was perfect. The pool was amazing and the way the house is setup is ideal for a small or larger group of people. I really hope to make it to Fort Myers beach later this year and will look to book my stay at this house."

"The house was very spacious. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed. They had lots beach chairs, beach wagon, back pack cooler. They also had a bean bag game and a BBQ grill. We loved the huge screened porch. Overall- it was a 10. Very very nice."
