"Nice family weekend! House was well located, close proximity to the beach. You can actually see the sea from the house. Very comfortable for a group of six. Super clean house, no smell, sheets, towels, floors, everything was clean. Nice pool, clean and fresh. Kitchen well equipped, everything you need is there, we reported the oven was not working. If you planned to stay and use the oven, ask first! If noise really bother you—which was not our concern at all—-there is a construction right at front, and they worked the whole weekend. Supermarket, restaurants, beach vibes, pretty close. This house is very relaxing and recommended!"

"Our stay was wonderful! The house exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean, spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We loved the private pool, fully equipped kitchen, and having a washer and dryer, which was incredibly convenient.
The house also had everything we needed for the beach, including chairs, umbrellas, and other beach essentials.
The location was perfect! Publix is very close, and the beach is just a short walk away, so there was no need to drive.
We had an amazing time and felt right at home. We would absolutely stay here again and are already looking forward to coming back next year. Highly recommended!!"

"Very nice place and conveniently located within walking distance of the beach. If you're looking to relax in a quiet area, this is the place. The neighborhood is peaceful. The only noise was from a nearby house under construction but aside from that, it was very calm and tranquil place to stay. We would love to return in the future."

"This was our second stay; the first was in 2022 prior to Hurricane Ian. We were impressed with how well the house and property had been repaired/maintained. We had a couple of minor issues upon arrival (algae in the pool, broken keypad to beach gear storage), but Sun Palace dealt with them promptly. Great location, well equipped kitchen, good beach towels/wagon/gear, comfortable beds, reliable air conditioning."

"We loved this home, the layout was perfect for our family vacation with an open floor plan, and large balcony. Beautifully situated at the end of a quiet dead end street, however we could still see the ocean from the balcony. The pool area was perfect with plenty of shade, and the garage was full of beach and pool toys, as well as a wagon and beach chairs, and an umbrella. We were grateful for plenty of beach towels, and bathroom towels. The house was pretty well stocked with kitchen supplies but if you’re planning on cooking there are no spices or salt and pepper so be sure to bring your own! Overall a wonderful stay, steps from the beach!"

"This was a perfect home for a girl’s weekend. It comfortably fit 6 adults and had everything we needed. We could walk across the street to the beach in under 5 mins and enjoyed the pool. The home was so clean and as described. The host was extremely responsive. It was about a 7 minute drive to most of the shops & restaurants, or a quick Uber ride. We even met a couple of the neighbors, who could not have been nicer. We will be back next year!"
