Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! "This was our second stay; the first was in 2022 prior to Hurricane Ian. We were impressed with how well the house and property had been repaired/maintained. We had a couple of minor issues upon arrival (algae in the pool, broken keypad to beach gear storage), but Sun Palace dealt with them promptly. Great location, well equipped kitchen, good beach towels/wagon/gear, comfortable beds, reliable air conditioning."

"We loved this home, the layout was perfect for our family vacation with an open floor plan, and large balcony. Beautifully situated at the end of a quiet dead end street, however we could still see the ocean from the balcony. The pool area was perfect with plenty of shade, and the garage was full of beach and pool toys, as well as a wagon and beach chairs, and an umbrella. We were grateful for plenty of beach towels, and bathroom towels. The house was pretty well stocked with kitchen supplies but if you’re planning on cooking there are no spices or salt and pepper so be sure to bring your own! Overall a wonderful stay, steps from the beach!"

"Lovely place. Clean. Plenty of space. Comfortable. Updated. A few things missing we felt. Kitchen dish rags and only one towel. Not enough toilet paper. No Kleenex and not enough paper towels. "This was a perfect home for a girl’s weekend. It comfortably fit 6 adults and had everything we needed. We could walk across the street to the beach in under 5 mins and enjoyed the pool. The home was so clean and as described. The host was extremely responsive. It was about a 7 minute drive to most of the shops & restaurants, or a quick Uber ride. We even met a couple of the neighbors, who could not have been nicer. We will be back next year!"
