Welcome to Island Charm. This 3-bed, 2 bath home has an open concept living room and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite counters and a generous island that will make meal prep an enjoyable family affair. Two King bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath and a bunk room with three twin beds allows for up to 7 guests to sleep comfortably. All 3 bedrooms have TVs. Outside there is a sunny pool deck area and a nice, shaded patio area including fridge, microwave and outdoor dining furniture near the grill. There is a custom built outdoor concrete Ping Pong table for some friendly competition. Rest and rejuvenate at Island Charm on your next vacation.

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. "This stay was better than expected. The house is very close to the beach and walkable to the restaurants and ice cream down the road. The house and the pool was very clean. Enough parking for all of our cars. The place accommodated all of our guests with the big table and many chairs. It’s close to a Publix for food. They even had extra cart to carry beach items and other beach things as well as towels which was very useful. We all had a great time and would recommend staying here."

"The property was beautiful and the management was excellent. Cleanliness was 4.8 out of 5. Some random hairs found in the bathroom and the kitchen floor still had some debris. But this is small stuff compared to the entire property. A most wonderful experience, and I am considering renting again in the future!"

"We recently stayed at Island Charm on Fort Myers Beach to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The property is beautifully maintained and truly stocked with everything you could possibly need for the perfect beach vacation. From coolers and wagons to tons of beach chairs and plenty of towels, every little detail was thoughtfully provided and made our stay so easy and relaxing. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach — and we absolutely loved spending time at the pool and hot tub, which were both incredible after long days exploring the area. During our stay, we visited several beautiful beaches on Sanibel Island and even took a drive up to Captiva to eat at The Bubble Room, which was spectacular and such a fun experience. One of the highlights of our trip was visiting Lovers Key State Park, where we waded into the water and could feel thousands of live sand dollars beneath our feet — such a surreal and unforgettable experience. The park and beach there were absolutely stunning. We also spent Memorial Day enjoying rooftop dining at Lani Kai Island Resort before walking along Fort Myers Beach back to our Airbnb, which was the perfect ending to a wonderful day. Every restaurant we visited and every person we met throughout the trip was so friendly and welcoming. This anniversary getaway was everything we hoped for and more, and Island Charm was the perfect home base for making such special memories. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Island Charm Stay - We loved the Island charm. Many things available for use at the house for guests (towels, beach chairs, games, umbrellas, beach cart, etc.). Beds were comfy, and the pool was clean and refreshing. Unfortunately it was too hot to enjoy the awesome hot tub much. We would stay at the Island Charm again for sure!"

"We had a great stay for a week for the 4th of July. House was super clean. 5 min walk to the beach. All the beach supplies you would need. The bunk bed with 3 beds was perfect for our 3 kids. The pool & hot tub were perfect also. I will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Ft Myers Beach. Just don't forget bug spray & lotion for flies and mosquitoes, which is typical when close to the beach."

"This was perfect for our family who was in the area for a baseball tournament. We wanted to be close to the water so the teens had enough to do between games. Sadly, we could not enjoy the area much due to rainy weather. Also, there was a lot of construction on the street and they had equipment on the beach to dredge sand...none of this is the fault of the rental company though."

"We loved Island Charm! Location is fantastic!! It was like having our own "Mini Resort" with the beautiful pool area, hot tub, lanai and outdoor ping pong table!!! Perfect set up and entertainment for everyone in the family. There are five restaurants within a 3 minute walk and more favorites to choose from when we walked to Times Square area. The beach is right across the street. Island Charm had everything we needed."

"Walking distance from the beach. House was very clean. Loved the spacious kitchen. Pool area was smaller than in the picture but it was still perfect for 5 adults and 2 kids. Loved the fridge down stairs in the pool area. BBQ clean and ready to use. We had fun with the ping pong table. Beach accessories was definitely a huge plus! From cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, floats, and a beach cart.
Downside- construction next door started at 8am sharp! You can see still see the damage that hurricane Ian left behind a couple of years ago in the area. Overall we were all very pleased and would definitely go back again."

"We loved our stay at Island Charm! We felt at home, the private pool and location were the best! 5 minute walk to the beach. We could not stay out of the pool, it is where we spent the majority of our time. Bathrooms were a little small, but no issues with them. The ping pong table was also really nice. A little pricier than a resort, but the privacy and pool makes it worth it."

"Great Home Away From Home - We truly enjoyed our stay at Island Charm! It was the perfect size for our family of four - two adults and two kids under 10. The kids loved having separate bedrooms with TVs and, of course, we enjoyed having one in ours as well. The bathrooms were a little snug, but were fine for a week of vacation. We loved having everything on one floor and a great couch for watching movies on a rainy day. There was plenty of closet and drawer space, seating throughout the house and the kitchen was perfect. The island is huge and the fridge was fantastic. The pool was great! We never turned the spa on - it was already hot enough! - but the kids loved having a smaller space to play, so it was a lovely addition to the pool. There were plenty of chairs and we enjoyed the table, mini fridge and overhead fan (all out of the sun) while eating lunch and dinner. The grill worked like a charm and there were plenty of great things under the stairs - chairs, sand toys, an umbrella and a beach wagon. We enjoyed walking down to the ice cream shop from the house and also stopping on our way back from the beach. The house is a 5 minute walk from a beach access point (#28) that is located directly across from a crosswalk. And an added bonus, the access point had a Mobi-Mat installed, allowing for ADA beach access. While we did not need this for disability reasons, it made it much easier for the kids to walk down the path and to pull the beach wagon. *chef's kiss*"

"Great location - Cute house with a great location. Quiet street, short walk to beach, AC works well, nice pool and hot (warm) tub attached. We had a great time, found house comfy decorated nicely, two things that could have made it a five start stay....pool cleaning and house cleaning supplies. We checked in on a Saturday and the pool was not cleaned until Friday afternoon, after a week of use it defiantly needed vacuumed and some chemicals, doing it mid stay or even providing a vacuum for people to use would have been nice, I vacuum our pool at home almost every day to keep it clean, we did the best we could with the net but as you know that does nothing for the bottom or the chemicals needed. The other complaint was there was not a single thing to clean the house with...no counter disinfectant, no stove top cleaner, nothing to wipe down bathrooms with. We rent houses often, all over the world, and have always had the basics left (cleaners, disinfectants, salt and pepper, etc) this was a first with us and was shocking, you would think they would like us to keep their house clean. We borrowed some from our friends that rented a house down the street that was well stocked as I was not buying everything to clean a house for our 1 week stay. Add some cleaners and mid stay pool maintenance and this would be a 5 star place."

"We enjoyed our stay at Island Charm! The inside was clean, had a great large kitchen with a huge island and plenty of stools for our whole family! The rooms had King size beds and a tv! We really loved the pool, hot tub and ping pong table outside and beach chairs to take to the beach. We walked everywhere we needed to go and had plenty of room to park in the driveway. We will go back again!"
