Guests staying in the Gulf Island Manor neighborhood enjoy exclusive access to both beachfront and bayfront parks. Neighborhood amenities include private community beach access with parking, a gazebo, outdoor shower, BBQ grill, and shaded park benches. The bayfront park features a second gazebo, BBQ grill, community boat slips, and a 40-foot dock with a fishing pier. Enjoy the laid-back charm of Old Florida, all while surrounded by modern conveniences.

Area Activities: Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. "The house was clean and well maintained. The distance to the beach was perfect and the cabana on the beach was a nice bonus. The only reason i gave 4 stars is because the bathroom in the master was so tiny and you had barely room to turn around. We are a family of 6 foot and above. But otherwise great property. The screened in porch was great."

"My husband booked this so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It is exactly how the pictures showed. The house is neat, clean and simple. It had everything we needed. I loved not running out of towels. The outdoor pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. Having a tv in the bedroom was a great bonus. It was spacious. The host was attentive and we look forward to returning!"

"The house was great, loved the kitchen and all the cookware. We wish there were tvs in all the bedrooms but loved the big screen tv in the living room. Our family made memorable moments while we played games and told stories. Thank you for having us, we would love to come back again to this unit."

"We had a great stay. The pool was amazing. It was a super short walk to the beach. Very clean. The only downside was that the bathrooms were on the smaller side but we made them work and there was still construction going on from the last hurricane. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again."
