Welcome to Island Vibes, a beautiful four-bedroom home located directly on a canal, offering a private pool, a dock, and a spacious outdoor area perfect for relaxation and fun. The open floor plan allows natural light to flood the home, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals, while family and friends can gather around the large dining. Step out onto the lanai with motorized screens for additional seating and dining options in all weather, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly.
On the main level, you'll find 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and access to the lanai with morning coffee and with sunrise view, while the other guest bedroom offers a queen bed. it also has a sleeper sofa in living room
The lower level provides a private retreat for grandparents or a couple with young children, with a Queen bed, and a twin a walk-in shower, and its own fully equipped kitchen. and living room. Escape to your waterfront sanctuary at Island Vibes on Palermo and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing getaway that has something for everyone.

Area Activities:
Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. As local restaurants continue to reopen, you'll have lots of opportunities for entertainment and dining experiences. We're excited to welcome you back.
Boat lift is not for guest use, however a guest can tie a small boat, kayak or jet skis to it.

"We had an amazing time at Island Vibes. Spacious both inside and out. The pool and dock area are great for relaxing and cooking out with plenty of seating area. All the fun bars and restaurants are less than 3 blocks away and the beach only 1 block. We could walk to see the sunset or just enjoy it from our backyard. The canal makes it easy when renting kayaks or a place to put your boat. Definitely stay again!!!"

"Amazing stay at Island Vibes! Our kids and grandkids loved the pool and incredible outdoor space. Fishing off the dock was a hit and less than a block to the beach was so convenient. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. Watching wonderful sunsets from the lania and dock were a great way to end each day! "

"The location and views were perfect! The patio was definitely the icing on the cake. Swam every day and night and fished off the back deck. Having the canal outback was awesome! caught several fish and got to see some wildlife. Fish jumping in the evenings, a dolphin swimming through in the morning, and a neighborhood iguana making his daily rounds. The place itself was tidy and the beds were comfy. Being able to watch the outside TV while enjoying the patio was a delight. The location was in a great location right off the main strip of Fort Myers Beach. We were able to take short walks to the main strip and beach. We will definitely be back!"

"Piece of Paradise! - Great place, 5 min walk to beach, very clean and plenty of space. Outdoor area very nice with pool and BBQ. On a canal that’s easy to get out to ocean or inland. Many restaurants close if you want to go on the boat. Kitchen is well equipped with everything also great washer and dryer. Upstairs and downstairs. Will stay here again soon. Thank you for the stay it was wonderful."
